If 0 stars where an option Id give them 0. This particular location offered a terrible experience. My crab legs where over done, to the point of being nearly impossible to crack the shell on most of them; they where just too soft. When I told my waiter, he said sorry, and asked if he could bring my wife another drink. He didnt ask or offer to replace the over cooked crab. We where under an A/C vent which was blowing on our food. My crab was cold before Id finished even 20% of it. My side items where fine initially, but where also cold in a short amount of time do to the A/C vent. The waiter was friendly, but his level of service was low. For example, one of my forks was dirty so I placed it with my original and both where taken while my salad bowl when I finished my salad; he had to be reminded to bring me new tableware. He had to be reminded to bring us bread. He didnt open my water bottles. I only received my original dry cloth serviette, nothing moist to help with the mess of eating crab. Only when I told him about my crab being over cooked did he offer anything else otherwise he never offered to bring anything. He tried to force conversation, which I didnt appreciate given the poor service. Our waiter never managed to bring us anything without us asking other than our salads, our main courses, and our check. The (I assume) manager stopped by. She told me to come back next week for some special bairdi crab legs. I was eating those right then, but she said to come next week when they would be available. When I told her mine were overcooked, she said its because they use a new pot and cook them like they do in Maine. For me, that was crazy. I was having Pacific Crab, not Atlantic. If a pot prevents proper cooking, crazy, get rid of it! She too offered nothing, and just walked away after telling me about the pot. The bathrooms here where a disaster. No paper for hand drying, water and urine everywhere. The pre-laid serviette (containing my tableware) was covered in hair, I sent it away with our hostess. The replacement had some dirty tableware inside. I didnt find the booth comfortable for eating. With all the large plates it was crowded. I had to build my arms up quite high to work my crab. It was not comfortable and felt crowded. It was a two person booth in the bar area.

if i could give it zero stars, i would! came to this location on September 24, 2016. left my name with the hostess and she said 30-45 minute wait, which i didnt mind because its a saturday night and i do understand that they get busy. well over an hour goes by and i realize that people that have come in after me are getting called. so i asked the hostess about my wait time. gave her my name and she goes "well we called your name so i can add what maybe i can do about it" i politely let her know that my buzzer never went off and no one came to call out name. the hostess gets an attitude no the manager was no better. she kept saying "well we called your name" and i continued to let her know that no one ever came to get us OR the buzzer never lit up. the manager went on to call my mother and i hostile pretty much tried to make a joke of it. this is NOT even mediocre customer service and people need to know about this. i would never recommend this establishment to anyone and i urge other customers to keep away. and when we tried to get a number to call and complain, they mysterious knew nothing. so after we left, we decided calling would be best to get the information and they hung up on us twice. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

After a long day volunteering & going to a Rock & Mineral show with some friends several of us decided we were too exhausted to cook. So we headed to Red Lobster. My 9 year old & I shared the Feast that has Lobster, Crab & Shrimp - Except that we swapped out the shrimp for 2 of our favorites Coconut & the new Korean BBQ. My husband choose the all you can eat shrimp. I cant remember what our friends had except that one had Gumbo which she said was good, but bot outstanding. Everything we had was perfectly cooked. The waitress was quick about bringing my husband more shrimp so he never quite ran out. I usually adore Red Lobsters Biscuits but I have to say that the ones that they served us that night were even better than usual. I honestly didnt want to stop eating them & everyone agreed that they were the best ones wed ever had. An excellent night.

I am gluten and dairy intolerant and I just had a lovely dinner with my family at Red Lobster in Humble. Our server was Christy, and she was super helpful and accommodating of our GF/CF needs. If you order lobster or shrimp, it is GF/CF as long as you request that no sauce or seasoning be added. Same with veggies. I used olive oil and S&P on my baked potato and a squeeze of lemon on my seafood and broccoli, and it was delicious! I did dip in the melted butter just a tad, but I let the milk solids settle to the bottom, so it was practically ghee. I didnt feel like I was deprived or missing out at all. Oh, and the Balsamic Vinaigrette, the Red Wine Vinaigrette, the French Dressing, and the cocktail sauce are all GF/CF.

The last two time I have been here have been disappointing. This was our second trip after lackluster service amd food in January 2017. Our waiter gave us our menu asked what we wanted and then came back every minute till I asked for 5 minutes to look at the menu, he then disappeared for 15 minutes. Our food took 30 minutes for crab legs and a small shrimp plate. The shrimp was greasy and over cooked, but the crab was good. It was then a 30 minute wait for the check and another 15 minutes to bring back the receipt. Overall just alot of waiting for a not busy Tuesday evening. Go to Joes Crab Shack for better serve and food.

Fish tacos? Yes, please! Although we were here a month ago, had a $90 check and left dissatisfied, we tried it again today and had a WONDERFUL experience! Everything was fresh and tasty and our server was very welcoming and helped better decide on entrees that better suited us this go around. Husband had the Seaside Trio where not everything was fried and the perfect combination of flavors. Fish tacos were delish and their sauce was awe-mazing. We also shared a Lobster pizza with our son and was very tasty! Great job today guys. I would have given them a 5 star rating... had it not been for our past trip here.

I just went there TODAY 2/4/2017 the food was good the service was bad the waiter also charged my card for way more then my bill. Bill was 40.32 and he charged my card for 54.76. I called the manager to inform her and get my money back but she had an attitude and told me that nothing wasnt taken off my card but the 40.32. Its sad thats actually stealing money from a customer smh and i had already left him a 6.00 tip which was more then %15 of my bill.
