First impression: El Bonito Seafood es muy malo! They suck! My daughter and I walked in and were told to seat ourselves. We then waited for 7 minutes before a waitress strolls by and asks if weve been helped. I tell her no and she replies Ill be right with you. Keep in mind we had no menus and no one had taken our drink order. We then waited another 15 minutes while watching this same waitress and another waitress and a hostess walk by several times. They were not crowded and probably at 20% capacity with most of the other tables finishing their meals. When a party of 8 got seated next to us and they were immediately given menus I knew it was time for us to take our appetites and money somewhere else. We waited over 20 minutes with no menus and not even water to drink. We werent made to feel welcomed and El Bonito will never see a dime of my money. I dont recommend this restaurant at all! Your money will be better spent eating elsewhere, because El Bonito Seafood sucks!

Horrible horrible service!!!! Starting with the manager she is a very rude and ugly person doesnt know how to satisfy the customers. We went to eat crawfish and it literally took 40 minutes to bring me my food not only that they took that long they never brought my brother n laws shrimp!!! My husband never got his beer until he got up him self up and went to the bar to get his own beer. After all that hassle and long time waiting for my food they wanted to charge me 46.00 gratuity that is insane.... For a service that sucked we have tried to talk to them about the service and they dont try to satirfy the customers even the own waitress say that they have talked to owners to hire more and they dont care. Be aware people by the way shrimp was raw.... And taste horrible!!!!!

I did not have the best experience here. While the food is good and flavorful the service from the wait staff and the kitchen isnt consistent. To be fair I went with a large party of about 17. I ordered my food first, I was served last, which meant I got my food about 15 minutes after the people who ordered last got their food. When the food was finally brought out, the waitress wouldnt speak up very loud so people were grabbing the wrong plates of food. No one could hear anything. I wouldnt have been peeved getting my food last if it all would have been hot. But some of the food was luke warm, and some was hot. The prices arent inexpensive, so it is frustrating not having a good experience.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. Service was horrible, had 2/4 people have to ask for refills. I didnt even want a refill cause their tea was weak. Ordered boiled shrimp, which they were out of. After ordering a family platter, should have had 30 fried shrimp, it came out with 17. And it was all gross. No one had more than 2 shrimp and 2 bites of the fish. $70 wasted on bad food and bad service. Would NEVER recommend anyone to go there. They then put out a sign that they were out of oysters, shrimp, tilapia, crawfish, crab, Diet Coke, sprite and lemonade. How?!? Are you going out of business?

I had the worse dinning experience ever, HERE. To start off the waitress was not friendly what so ever. There was dust (thick visible dust) on the window that our table was pushed against. I got a plate with literally DUST on it... You could have written your name in the dust, thats how dirty and DUSTY that plate was. GROSS We had a LONG string of HAIR tangled in with our cheese dip. GROSS By far the WORSE experience ever at a restaurant. The manager never once came to apologize and they still had the nerve to charge us for our food. NEVER AGAIN

the service there is so bad, the managers are so confused and dont know what to do when their is a problem. My family has been there four times and every time we go there is a problem with the service. We have given them a chance to resolve the service and they havent done anything. My son waited 45min for his food and at the end said they dont have what he order. I just want to warn other people who think about going and getting the bad service I been getting. If you guys want good crawfish and good service come to captains on veterans and Antoine.

El Bonito is owned by a Chinesemen but the atmosphere is very Hispanic. They were playing lots of Banda, música norteña, and bachata. Point is, for a Mexican-American-Seafood restaurant, they did not bring out enough chips and salsa, and the salmon was slightly over cooked. Fried rice was mediocre. Also, they didnt remove the seal of the new soy sauce. See pics. Finally, our waitress was obviously full Mexican by she didnt know a word or whisper or Spanish. No biggie, but just sayin. Probably wont be back.

I recently went to this place to try their boiled crawfish and the experience was totally disappointing. Although there were approximately 6 people in the restaurant, it took 15 minutes before we were acknowledged. Also, the crawfish tasted like they were boiled in regular water and later topped with a ketchup/garlic/soy sauce mix. In summary, the food was overpriced ($7.99 a pound), underseasoned and the service was lackluster.

Waited at least 10 minutes to be seated when the place had no patrons. Finally was seated outside, table was gross and food on the cushions. Server walked by us several times and no one acknowledged us for 10-15 minutes. Incredibly short staffed, one of servers said there were only 2 people working the kitchen and only 2 people serving. Poor management and no attention to service. What a shame, havent even tried the food yet!

The restaurant is nice on the outside, but when you walk in the color scheme is different. The booths are not big enough for someone over 150 pounds, Im very thin and it was a tight squeeze. The food is over-priced and they advertise its cajun style food, but has no spice to it. The dirty rice tasted as if it were from a box and it was very bland. The best part were the drinks, thats the only reason Id go back.

My visit at this place was at about 9pm. All the waitress are "lost" they all seem to be confused on how to take a clients order. Needless to say they have horrible service. Besides that they are short on food, about everything we wanted to order they were out of it. Our food was cold , not fully cooked, the drinks were bad. Its a pretty place but what is it worth if you dont know how to run it.

Very nice waitress Anna. Great service. Flavor was good. We ordered crawfish and this is where the 3 stars come in. Really good flavor but the quality was horrible. It was squished even if frozen it should not taste frozen or look questionable. If they fix this we would go back. We drive across town to eat good crawfish. I guess we will continue to do so
