Horrible service! It took 30 min in line to place my order! Thats after I was told I had to come inside and place my order from drive through because they didnt have any white meat ready @12:10 pm lunch time. The busiest time of day true enough but my hour was spent waiting! The chicken was hot but the meaty part of the breast was gone and fried on the thin rib part. I didnt notice until I got back to work. This location is really mismanaged.

Ima real southern dude. Service was straight. And I dont give a crap about service, but at least have my food right. I tried the new chicken & shrimp $5 box. Dried up prune chicken strips & like a Couple shrimps. Not to mention how slow the drive threw was. And to find out it was just one car. Its new & looks nice, but its food is TRASH. Ill settle for the one on Aldine Westfield & 1960.

Sorriest service I have ever experienced at a Popeyes restaurant. They have repeatedly messed my orders up, they think they can just give you what ever they want. I will never eat at another popeyes restaurant again.

I like Popeyes chicken best out of all the fried chicken franchises. This location is on par with the rest. They cant seem to avoid the confusion of sweet vs. Unsweet tea but everything else os great.
