I visit the location on Little York and Shepard tonight. I ordered two combos chicken tenders and wings. Those wings was the worst tasting wings of my life I wouldnt even serve it to a homeless dog. Since Ive worked at a chicken established before I can tell that them wings been sitting under a warmer for at least 45 min to an hour. There was no flavor and the chicken was so tough and dry that the meat was sticking to the bones. I have never gave an review but for this restaurant to be fairly new to Houston and sitting in between KFC and Popeyes that was a disgrace. Now the chicken tenders was good but of course that was made fresh. I was so mad I didnt even finish my food I just threw my hard working money away. I really hope you take this opportunity to make some changes and better quality food at all times.

This place is disgusting! I ordered a chicken basket with several different pieces. The oil tastes like it was one month old. The chicken pieces are so tough, so dry, I wondered how many times where they fried, and they tasted like there were a couple days old. I was starving and thought I could eat that with a salad when I get home. God, was I wrong. It is not good enough for my dog, sincerely. This type of food should be banned and it is sad to see all these bad chicken joints in Houston and the South in general. In places like Los angeles or anywhere north, they would not survive. People are too educated to eat that disgusting poison. I hope they will close and soon. And of course I trashed the whole thing after one bite of that horrible, nasty chicken!

I recently visited the Little York and I-45 location. After hearing so many complaints about this restaurant , I decided to try it for myself. For starters. The on site manager "Talisha" was amazing. She made sure food was hot & fresh. And was so helpful on explaining the menu items. The restaurant at this location was clean and inviting. Hopefully , other locations will look and take notes of her example of excellence. Cooking large quantities of food to just sit under a heat lamp is a sure recipe of horrible food. It goes without saying , that I will be making a return trip to the restaurant. Great fresh food at a reasonable price. Looking forward to another enjoyable experience......

Worst service Ive ever had. Ordered four dinners and only received three of them. After everyone else had finished their orders the fourth meal still hadnt arrived. After we went back to the counter we were given the chicken and told that they needed to drop some fries. After another twenty five minute wait they still hadnt brought out the fries. Will never eat at this restaurant at Little York and 45 ever again

Staff was friendly. But no apologies for my 30min wait in drive thru...the chicken was fresh, but the taste was disgusting. Like it was fried in old oil. Not a good taste at all. And it happens to b sandwiched in between Popeyes and KFC. I Always go to Popeyes. KFC was super dead I jus knew their chicken wasnt fresh...so I thought Id jus try something new. Smh. Next time stick to what u know....

The last few times I ordered food, it was not that good. The chicken was hot, but it tasted like the grease needed to be changed. My fries were so disgusting, I couldnt fathom to eat them. I also had mash potatoes, but I trashed them because the fries tasted like they where freezer burnt or rewarmed. The last two times my food was distasteful, so I wont be returning to this location.

Lady outside just told me that crew isnt here and its already 11am. It was supposed to be open and serving 30 mins ago. Further she is telling me that it would take her additional 30 mins for greasing. Her attitude even expressed not to wait here in parking lot. Kidding me. Came for halal chicken.

Just left ordered 2 wings 5 shrimp and fries and 3 catfish special had to wait 25 minutes then when giving food staff forgot my fries staff rude food alright but not worth the wait!!! Get it together

Agreed, chicken is dank. Better than kfc and Popeye.sides are ok but the chicken is the reason to come. Dont expect 5 star service and atmosphere just come for the dank 5 star fried chicken
