This place will pad your bill. Like they did me my bill went from $ 86.89 through my credit card but was declined (didnt know till I checked my app at home) only reason I know this and I ended up paying cash and I got a reciept for $101 how does that happen by padding a tab. Thats pathetic if thats how you run your buisness! pay as you go if you risk going there very unprofessional Never seen so many drug dealers running around everywhere was afraid theyre going TO end up having a turf war over drugs and unbeknownst to oblivious patrons happen to BE CAUGHT IN THE COMMOTION of gun fights, BEWARE!!!! OF THIS PLACE AVOID AVOID AVOID its not a place to be at HOPEFULLY IT WILL be shut down ITS UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND ANOTHER SCUMMY BAR

It was a fun atmosphere, but after only ordering one shot after having two drinks total for the night, the bar tender tried to pad my tab with an extra shot, drink, and a charge that didnt make sense as I had the same Titos vodka and soda all night. After disputing with the manager, he reduced my tab to $13, which I didnt ask for, just remove what I didnt order, and I was happy to pay for what I ordered. I then tipped $15. When looking at my bank statement later, they added an extra $30 charge that I had to dispute with my bank. I cannot stand bartenders that pad tabs, and establishments that double charge. I will not be going back.

I used to like at the Runway, but the service is getting lazy and the beer selection is bland. Server today couldnt bother visit after delivering food, never offered silverware, offered plastic instead of a glass pint, and I had to search her to find the close tab. Food -- hamburgers getting lazy -- miser with bacon portions. Beer essentially the standards -- has only one Saint Arnold (a local beer) and not even the popular Saint Arnolds. Overall, the Runway is down poorly as Mr. Cs did same. --- 2016 Service is still poor. Food is poor. Crowd is aging ... older. Entertainment is outdated. TVs for ... really?

Just ordered their runway burger and I have to say I am really impressed with how it looks and taste. It was one of the best burgers I have ever had. And Im a burger carnisaur. Two beautiful ladies working there are very polite. I rate them, the service, and the burger 5 stars. The place and especially the restrooms are very clean and sanitary. Jasmyn and Karina are very friendly ladies here. My experience was wonderful. Will definitely come here more. They made me feel welcome and at home here. Way to go Runway management. I would recommend people to come out here on Saturday afternoons and enjoy this place.

Ok I have spoken to Shelly the bar manager, and she has explained about all the bad reviews here. And I believe her. This is one of those places where it is very easy to sit and drink alot of beer. So for people to complain about five extra dollars put on a bill after six hours of solid drinking is a bit steep. They now have a policy in place that they confirm the tip prior to swiping the card. This should stop all of the haters, hating... Get a life and enjoy this place. And bring some cat food.... You will see when you get here.

First time there, love the patio, fish tacos pretty good, fajita tacos not so much, service was friendly but way too much time in between server coming to check on us. Music was HORRIBLE!!!!!! Im all for listening to all types of music but its not a black club, I dont think i even saw 1 black person there! and young latin guys with skinny jeans halfway down their butt doesnt count! Replace your DJ or get him to play a bit more variety of music. I would come back but only for the patio and fish tacos, nothing else.

Came to this place to celebrate my wifes birthday. We were having a really good time when we started dancing. My wife got hot so we change one of the fans to our direction. Then the owner came to our table angry and change the fans to their direction. They said it was for all the people but they changed it to their on direction. Thats fine that your the owner but what happened to customer service. We would never go to that establishment again. I really hope they think about the customer before their own self.

Its was a great night. Im truly blessed to be able to have an opportunity like that Kama as well as a wonderful support system, and management staff and crew members who are patient enough to allow me to work through the Kinks. After all that has been three years since I picked up a bottle and mixed drinks To earn a living. Sales 101. Do you things I could work on but always growing always learning and always reminding myself to pay it forward the Golden Rule.

This places has gone way down hill since it opened. Same owners staff tell me with new management but they say owner dosent seem to care and maintain as it should be. No limes...is this not a bar...only bottled water as their tap taste nasty..not free btw...decent happy hour but was not impressed with any of the bar drinks we had...ie $100 tab

I enjoy eating at this local Bar/Grill, but it has been hit or miss. They usually have great burgers and crawfish (When in season). Just seems the quality of food varies from visit to visit, so it feels a little bit like a gastro gambling session. The food has never been inedible, just that great food has been unreliable.

I was here for my first time ever Last Friday and I will definitely be coming back! The DJ plays a variety of music and has lots of people dancing on the dance floor. I also like that they have hookahs out in the patio as well as pool tables. Its a cool kick back place to enjoy with friends

My Waitress threw the original credit card receipt away and forged my signature and put an excessive tip amount on the customer copy and sent it to the bank. When confronting management all they had to say was oops sorry. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

This place has potential. I went a few times on Wednesday for Latin night. The band was awesome. Service could use some help. With nobody there they should be faster. Great set up outside with games and large seating area.

Had a lot of fun only thing that annoyed me is that the dj wouldnt give a shout out for my friends bday...he wanted $5 really i mean i buy shots for djs n all but not if u ask lol..but did play good music... Overall a success.

fun place to hang out , shuffle board, pool tables , clean bathrooms. your ladies will not be up set, and the food rocks. over all nice place. crowd not to young or old.
