Called ahead three times for a breakfast order for 12 people. No one answered the phone. When I came to the restaurant to order, I was asked to pull up and park so someone could bring my order out, which I was fine with. Until 40 minutes went by and no one had come out with my order yet (after Id already paid for the food). I went back into the drive thru to ask about my order, which they seemed to have forgotten about. I was asked to again park because it was not ready yet. After over an hour and a half I finally received my breakfast and was late to work, as it was the office I was bringing breakfast tacos to.

Been sitting in the drive thru at the window waiting to pay for over 10 mins waiting to pay and when they finally acknowledge Im sitting here they didnt even hand me the correct order. I refuse to go inside this location because it is always disgusting so I chose to go through the drive thru and that took forever. This location needs some serious help in multiple areas. I love taco cabana but the last few experiences Ive had here make me not want to give them my business! And on top of that I got home and all the food was cold! Not even warm just cold!!!

I had meat HIDDEN under my Taco Bowl. Im a vegetarian who enjoys ordering the Taco Bowl with no meat and black beans instead of refried. Its an awesome vegetarian alternative for myself. I looked at it after my mother brought it home and it looked great! After a few bites, I bit into something. STEAK IN MY BOWL. I get it, you make mistakes sometimes but things like asking for no meat should be taken seriously. It is a moral code for myself and the fact they couldnt double check over something like this is disgusting. Never trusting this resturant again.

I used to hate Taco Cabana their food was pretty gross for a period of time but that was about four or five years ago this Taco Cabana is very much on point the food is Super Fresh, super delicious, and a very nice staff. The pricing is very reasonable and I promise you if you appreciate good Mexican food especially attached to a chain Taco Cabana is the place you want to go. I highly recommend them and if youre over there during happy hours the house Ritas are pretty decent. Tell them Daniel sent you.

The service is horrible. The last time we went in we stood at the counter for almost five minutes before anyone came up and when she did, she didnt say anything and went on about her business. The sad thing is another employee was sitting at table with head down, looked up at us and put her head back down like she was trying to take a nap. That was the last straw, we wont go there anymore. They never could seem to get our order inside or at the drive thru. The one in Humble isnt any better.

Went there at 12:30am after a game. A lady, who seemed to be the manager, was beyond nice and extremely accommodating. I ordered the Black Bean Burrito with lots of romaine lettuce added and it was perfect. Romaine was fresh and crisp! Dont usually take the time to do reviews, but this sweet lady and TC location were very impressive and wanted to acknowledge them! Wish our Cypress one was like this...thank you!

This is the WORST place to get breakfast!! After waiting for minutes minutes to even order they would just continue to walk by and act like they didnt see us standing there! If I didnt have to put 1 star I wouldnt! Worst customer service. If I were to go to Whataburger or Sonic or McDonalds I would have already gotten my food and ate in the time I stood there and waited. We ended up leaving!!!

I was happy to hear they were opening a Taco Cabana close to the homestead. This place went down hill quick. Salad bar has been a mess/empty every time I came. Portions have been ridiculously small. Rice and beans were so old they had a hard, dried, crunchy crust. Tortillas were hard around the edges. Hope they change.

I was traveling and stopped off to eat here. It had been some time since I had eaten at a Taco Cabana. The store was clean as well as the bathrooms. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the food was surprisingly extremely good. Prices were unbelievably low.

This is place is better than most. Its a newer location and had better service. I did dine-in for breakfast and food was good but the coffee...not so much (unless you like it VERY strong); other than that they have great and friendly service.

Ordered was screwed up last week. CALLED and was told they would fix. Cane in they replaced order. BURRITO cold and no taste. Tacos were wrong again.cold and ground beef. They brought out the faitais were cold also. I give up. WONT be back

My order is always wrong. You dont get what you order, I ordered a stake burrito, I get a bean and rice burrito, I order bacon egg taco and I get chorizo taco. It just never fails.

Very slow...ordered 1 fajita plate at 7:21pm. Food delivered to my table at 8:02pm. Absolutely ridiculous...I could have went to an actual restaurant and had faster service!
