I used to work here I was a cook it was my first actually job and my first week I witnessed the generalowner arguing with her husband who manages there everyday and every time they fought the Manager would take it on the cooks managers never do anything but sit there and scream nobody fully trains all the employees get half ass trained they have a severe roach infestation my 4th week working their I had to unscrew the bread holder because roaches were nesting in the coney dressing area they have too much drama and management doesnt know how to manage Ive even been threatened by management for a restraining order because one of my friends bought a cup of ice and I walked with them I am lucky working at a business who isnt roach infested or unprofessional my advice dont go to the porter sonic

This location has consistently gone downhill for the past year or so. Ive had roaches in my food & drinks. I sat there in the stall one day waiting on my food while watching what looked like the managers screaming at each other in front of employees. They consistently get my orders wrong and they are insanely slow. The carhops wear yoga pants with their asses flopping all over the place and the whole place just has an air of un-professionalism. I dont know if new people took over or what the problem is but corporate seriously needs to take a look into this location. I wont go there anymore. They are building a new Sonic on 1314 that I am looking forward to. Until then I will make the drive to Northpark. It is clean and the employees represent the company in a professional manner.

I agree with the review below. Tonight I got off of my shift early, and attempted to bring home food early to my husband with our teen daughter in tow. I shouldnt have to pay extra and order 3 times because the one taking the orders, not the car hop (!), repeatedly mistaking them. My badge flashing because I needed to pay extra with my card (pulling it from behind my badge) should not have been their motivation. I cannot wait until the new one opens down the road from our neighborhood RW. They deserve below a 1. Calling their GM and RM Monday. UPIN REVIEW #4. I TRUSTED THE LAST CORRECTION AND WENT HOME. STILL INCORRECT! THIS PLACE DESERVES A ZERO, NOT SURE WHY THEY DONT CARE. we cant even eat eat, just saving for my son in the morning.

One time I ordered a double cheeseburger, one patty looked as if 3 big bites were taken out of it. Another time my girlfriend got the New Yorker hot dog and it looked like someone stood across the room and threw the toppings at it. Tonight we ordered 2 regular cheeseburgers, 2 tots, a large frozen mango lemonade, and an iced raspberry lemonade. She received a medium regular lemonade which we sent back. Upon arriving home we found that my drink was frozen, both orders of tots were so salty we couldnt eat them, both burgers were double meat, hers had so much lettuce that the bun was soaked and a huge glob mayo, And finally, they too were both salty as hell.

1st they got our order wrong but we overlooked it because these things happen. When we got home we noticed they didnt provide a fork or ketchup. The Tater Tots were cooked in old grease or something and tasted nasty. The hamburger was all lettuce and a small thin slice of tomato, which we found funny because the waitress went out of her way to let us know it had tomato. Chilli cheese hot dog had little chilli on it. Overall just a very poor experience. Ill wait a few months and try again, if no improvement I wont be back.

I have been to this location a couple times and on both occasions have ordered the jalapeño double cheeseburger. Its supposed to come with only japelenos lettuce mustard and cheese. I go out of my way to ask for no tomatos or onions and am informed "those dont come on this burger". BOTH TIMES MY BURGER HAD TOMATOS AND ONIONS!. Dont go here. Its always bad.

Oder ed a chicken strip dinner, got 3 and a half nuggets, 10 French fies, this thing that may have been an onion ring at one time, and a bountiful piece of soggy toast with a cup of extremely watered down gravy, called to complain and the answer was a question back. Horrible, the order was simple, a number one meat and ketchup only...not rocket science but they messed that order up. Also, the fat employee was talking smack as we drove around corner and she was with some more white trash treasures smoking and sitting by a car, Typical east county trash!! Will definitely go to Kingwood for all future visits.

Ordered 2 sonic blasts, 1 with a chocolate shot. Get them home and no chocolate shot. They charged me for it but i guess it was just too much trouble to put it in. And of course the credit card slot didnt work so I had to wait while they took card inside to pay. All around just a lousy visit. Getting to be a regular thing with this sonic!

Every time I go there the service is so slow its ridiculous. They arent even busy for it to be that slow. I order two drinks last time and it took 10+ minutes just for that! There were only a few cars! Get it together management jeez

Serves Expired Food! I went tonight and got my son a kids meal with apple, and come to find out today is the 19 and the expiration was on the 14! The manager was notified. This is ridiculous do they not check the expiration dates!

Its your typical Sonic. The service was great, but getting out of there feels like youre putting your life on the line. Dont go if traffic is busy & you need to make a left turn to get out. Otherwise, the service & food was good.

Went for 1/2 price slushes half is what you get. All icy slush hardly any flavor Have family member who works at another Sonic and much better drinks. Drive away find some place else! Wont go back!
