La Casita has been a place Ive been familiar with all my life. It is a staple on Saturday and Sunday mornings for brrakfast with the family. Their food and quality is unmatched by any other place selling barbacoa. The meat is never greasy and it is very convenient that they pack it into barbacoa, mixed, or tongue. Their whole cow head is perfect for the family that has many heads to feed. (no pun intended) Overall, La Casita is the place to go for barbacoa and the long, but fast moving, lines on the weekends is proof of that.

I have been going to the Casita since my parents were and now 48 yes later it still has the best barbacoa in Houston and I dont go any where elsee and great service always greeted with a friendly smile.... I recommend highly.....
