What can I say... Its not bad for fast food. My 9 year old & I really love the Buttery Jack but for some reason at this location its always just a little over cooked. As he says "the buttery sauce makes it nice & juicy but the meat is a little dry & chewy. The buttery bun though is perfectly toasted so that part that touches the burger is crisp like a cracker & the rest is perfectly soft." He does not like tomatoes so we skip those & the tomato sauce, opting for extra buttery sauce instead. Which it really needs. I dont purchase them often because they charge an extra 50 cents for the extra butter that we need to make sure that our burger isnt too dry. Id say tat its great that we can share a burger but with curly fries, a soda & water it was over $10 for us to each have 1/2 a burger. That is just more than I care to spend for us to eat a hamburger. Also our fries werent very hot. Which also seems to happen often at this location. (Id say that stop here once a month.)

payed for jumbo jack with cheese curly fries order of potato wedges and order of egg rolls. Recive my burger and egg rolls and was told to have a good night. I said I am missing things from my order. lady says its all there I show her the receipt rudely she bags the rest of my order. While im waiting the manager changes the cash drawer right in front of me with 100s and 50s$ all piled on top of the till not in the slots money is supposed to go in. if someone wanted to they could of made out with a lot of money due to the carelessness of the manager changing the drawer with a drive thru full of customers. I get home my wedges are cold with hardly any cheese. I just want to know why the lady was being rude to me when I was letting her know I havent received my order. just an all around poor experience

I got chicken club salad with no chicken,called the j N b told Mexican ladiy ,she talked in Spanish and hung up on me .I was being palight,then just hung up on.II went back the large Mexican lady was rude then they gave me two little pieces of chicken.how come their are no white or black people their,I see now equal opportunity,j N b needs Americans that understand English so Americans dont get hung up on .

So, its fast food. You should not have high expectations... But. The service here overnight is absolutely rude! The food is usually still good, but why are you not giving taco sauce with tacos? I mean, this happens each time. I have to ask for it. The overnight staff is rude and unpleasant. Its pretty much what youd expect from fast food but still. Itd be nice if I were treated as politely as I treat them.

Ill give a 2 because the person who took our order was professional, not real nice but not real irritated. I ordered 2 tacos. One had hardly any meat, mostly lettuce and shell. The other, however, was full but ice cold. The cheese didnt even melt. I love these cheap tacos too! Didnt know they could be messed up. :(

Went there 2 days apart, first day i order A spicy chicken with no cheese they tell me the spicy chicken doesnt come with cheese. 2 days later I order the same thing and I get it with 2 pieces of cheese on it. Their sodas are always carbonated water, and their customer service sucks.

Fu**ing Charles! Every time we go its wrong and he some how trys to make it our falt! If he would just take 2 seconds to listen he could get the order right. I mean it takes them 30 minutes to get our order to us so he wasnt in a hurry and has time to listen. Freaking Charles!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They got my order wrong, when I called to fix the situation I was told by the MANAGER that she put my order together and I was wrong! AVOID THIS JACK IN THE CRACK AT ALL COSTS!!!

Drive thru sucks and every employee Ive encountered at this location is rude as all get out. Think Ill go back just to shoot a video for all to see. Oh and my order was wrong. :(
