Stay away from Taco Tuesday. I ordered 1 fish and 1 shrimp. They were both burnt. I asked for steamed shrimp with no spices or butter, just shrimp and water for my 4 yr old. The owner was great with making me a sample of steamed shrimp with butter. I told him that it was too spicy, just shrimp cooked in water nothing else. My food arrived as steamed spicy shrimp. My son was unable to eat so I sent it back and finally settled for shrimp cocktail. Which by the way is called boiled shrimp here. Once the check arrived, all of the items were still on it. When I refused to pay for items that I did not consume the owner came out to tell me that I had to pay for the food because my son touched the shrimp and everyone likes the Taco, so I should too. After 10 minutes of going back and forth, the owner finally agreed to take the items off of the check. I do believe a language barrier had alot to do with this issues. None of the waitresses spoke any English and the owner spoke a little and had difficulty understanding me.

Sub par service... I absolutely HATED the chairs and tables; they were tiny and flimsy... The kids meals consisted of fried, fried, fried everything, and the shrimp we ordered my daughter were so tough she was only able to eat the fries... The fish my husband and I ordered came wrapped in aluminum foil on a plate of rice and lettuce... In all seriousness it wouldnt have been that big of a deal, but removing the aluminum foil meant crowding the already too small table even more... The Micheladas were terrible! They were just a watered down version of what you would get at Connies, and I dont understand why it was served in a room temperature glass rather than a chilled mug...

my experiece there was not good. first hated the decor. who wants to sit on a sectional while eating. The batter shrimp tasted as if it came out the box plus the shrimp tacos were beyond fried, the shrimp inside was burnt to a crisp. It was not crowded and it took them a good while to bring out our food. I dont recommend it for anyone who really appreciates good sea food. the Michelada,i had last night was not right..i should have listen to my inner voice and went to the the boat is where i should have dine at.

We had no issues with this place at all. The server was very nice and understanding even though four of us had different diet issues. She was playful with our baby nephew too, even after he spilled a drink all over the floor, so she gets points for that. Now I wasnt expecting the fried fish to be what it is, but thats entirely my fault. This being an authentic Mexican joint dont go in there expecting Southern fried catfish and youll be fine. Actually, the fried catfish was absolutely amazing. Very tasty.

Service was mediocre and the over priced food was a major disappointment. Spent $50 on a tilapia meal, 10 fried shrimp meal and a kids chicken nuggets meal. All the plates come with either fries or rice. The fries were okay but the rice tasted like instant rice. The tilapia and shrimp had absolutely NO FLAVOR, I mean not even salt or pepper. Ive tasted air that had more flavor than our food. Also, you could tell whatever oil it was cooked in was not fresh.

The crawfish were good, but the rest of the meal was not. I was especially disappointed with the michelada which I had anticipated being excellent but it was just bad. The service was poor too. I had high hopes and they just werent met, I will probably go back but for just crawfish and nothing else.

Location very good but this place is AWFUL AND DISAPPOINTING. Long service wait nice happy hour prices but the drinks are not even all that cold. As others reviews from here music is too loud. I highly DO NOT recommend this place to anyone AND recommend to not eat here very disappointed.

Low Prices, average food.. If you want quick food, this is the place to go......not very good quality of service and there food is average with the exception of their seasoned shrimp... It is on of the best ones out in this area..

It was terrible. The boiled shrimp and crawfish was just NASTY. Not a good place at all, the service was just bad. One waiter and had a bad attitude. Ill recommend no one to come here.

Best Crawfish in town!!!! Micheladas and fresh seafood are on point, no doubt, all year round! Hard to find a restaurant with this up going atmosphere on the east part of town.
