Have eaten at Cork half a dozen times over the past year. I stopped going a few months ago because the service is terrible. Last Sunday (7/17) I thought I would give it another try. Not only has much not changed, this time it cost me money, as well as my time. Upon entry at 11:00 AM was promptly seated. Table was sticky and not very clean. Took 15 minutes for a waiter to show up for drink orders. Which is odd, because everywhere I looked, there was ample staff visiting in the back and at the bar. Think I counted 5-6 Cork employees standing around and visiting at the end of the bar. After drink orders, sat and watched the bartender visit their friends at the bar for another 15 minutes, while chewing gum and blowing bubbles. Nice. So 30 minutes after coming in, I got a bloody mary. 30 minutes. Ordered food and it took awhile, but was very good. Waiter disappeared at some point during the meal and waited almost 20 minutes to get bill. So, in all, lunch/brunch took nearly an hour and half. Left about 12:20. Bill was $30.31. Left a 10% tip, which I believe was more than generous considering the level of service. Got credit card statement and the amount of $33.31 was changed to $35.00. Cork is a nice place. Too bad its full of hipster doofus children who not only have a questionable work ethic, but also, give themselves the tip they want regardless of service provided. Never again.

This past weekend I held an anniversary dinner there. Everything started out really well the waitress claire was pretty nice to us, but it wasnt until my guests who had complaints about their macaroni & cheese not being good and not receiving the wine that they requested that everything went downhill. The waitress Elizabeth chose to stand there and argue with the guest and when she finally got the Manager Ace he did not handle the situation any better. It seems like the staff have made preconceived notions about the because were African American. Sad.. Cork is a good place to for drinks and to socialize but I will not ever go there to eat again...

Great spot with fantastic cocktails. We went on a Friday night and they had good live music. A little loud but really not bad. We didnt get to try any good beyond a couple appetizers but the menu looked delicious. We hope to com back and try their brunch. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely recommend this place.

Hands down the best sushi Ive found in Tyler since I moved here from Houston! The staff was friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed the atmosphere as well. If youre going anywhere else for sushi in Tyler,tx , youre going to the wrong place. Everything tasted fresh and delicious! We will definitely be going back.

This is a very nice place for Tyler. I just moved here so ive been trying a lot of new places. This has to be one of my favorites now. The staff is friendly but the drinks are a little pricy. the food is very good though. I had the surf and turf and loved it. They also have a good wine selection if you like wine

It was pretty nasty inside and the staff was really mean and pushy. Except for a bartender named Jace. he made it bearable. Then I was outside with a drink and did not know it was time to put drinks away and the owner cussed me out right there. He was clearly really drunk. Say no to Cork
