Customer service is the absolute WORST! (2/10) my friend asked if they could add more powder because it tasted more like water and they said they wouldnt make it again if she wanted more powder they were gonna use the same tea which meant that the tapioca her tea has would be blended with it wtf?! I saw them argue with a customer tonight again about them not wanting to make his tea again because he asked for no tapioca and they added it. Theyve done it to me as well they gave me the wrong drink I drank from it and thats how I realized it was the wrong one so I asked for the one I had ordered and they didnt want to make me another one because I had already opened it, how the heck was i suppose to know it was the wrong one! Especially w o tasting it!! The Tea is 7/10. Ive tasted waaaay better but its probably as good as its gonna get in this area.

Ok, Ive been to this place a number of times and each time I go it gets worse and worse. The tea is good but my 1-star rating comes from the service: hear my warning......IT SUCKS!! Asian guy behind the counter is rude and is rarely ever there and seems more interested in making money than providing quality customer service! And, in particular, the female mexican employee at the register is really rude, lazy, and boarderline incompetent. In addition, the place smells like burnt rubber, theyve forgotten my extra tapioca 3 times, and I have been given the wrong drink twice. Last but not least, Ive been charged for my 2 drinks when they clearly have a "2 for 1 deal" sign posted right next to the cash register. STAY AWAY, DONT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY!

I went around 6:30 PM for a meeting and this place has a great laid back chill spot. I liked the Strawberry/Lime Slush with tapioca. It was great. They had a pool table and tables set up to do work on. We chilled in the sofa area. I did not try any food but the service was not bad. The guy helped me pick a drink and seemed friendly to the other customers. You do have to buy something to use the internet but i had a drink and it was under five bucks. This is a place I would take friends to study or just chill at.

A bit of a disappointment. teas were below average compared to some other teahouses in the area. Game tables are rented hourly (which I feel is ridiculous, games should be free with purchase of a tea, not extra). The main seating area is packed with way too many tables, and just looks sloppy. And also its a little disconcerting when the first thing you here from the staff of an Asian teahouse is "hola", maybe its just me though...

service is okay unless you you get this 1 woman. she charges me for tapioca when I dont get it then refuses to give me an itemized recite when i call her out on it. has done this a few times. that and shes very rude. rest of the staff is SUPER nice though. good place to study for hours, no one bothers me, and WiFi isnt slow. food not great, and a bit over priced. but for one drink I can study here all day.

Happy Tea House closes at 2 am, and if your like me and are in frequent need of a place for you and your buddies to wind down after late night hangouts its definitely the place to be. The coffee with tapioca is always perfectly balanced between coffee and milk and the Vietnamese ice cream and sandwiches are sure to please even if youve never tried them before.

I wouldnt say I love it. Its a place for couples to come together and surf the internet by themselves. You can get tea, coffee, snacks, and order off of the menu. Pool tables, foosball and air hockey tables are open most of the time. Tables, couches and bar seats are avalible. Have a great time and enjoy some Red Plumb Juice :)

The drinks are 2 for 1 Mon-Fri 10am-5pm. They are the best Boba/tapioca drinks I have ever had. The employees are nice, wifi is free and the asian atmosphere makes everything meld together. Trust me when I say bring your laptop because you wont want to leave. I have been there almost everyday since i discovered it.

Happy Tea House is great for late night smoothie cravings. Theyre open late and if youre a bit hungry they also serve food. The atmosphere is great! They also have a lounge where two pool table sits. Happy Tea House is also student friendly, expect to have plenty of students burning the midnight oil during finals.

I love coming her because its open so late, however onetime I went and one of the workers refused to give us a pool table even though there was one open. So we decided to wait for a while and another group walks in and asks for the table and the guy gives it to them. They are supposed to be first come first serve.

Poor attitude overall and when I asked the guy if he could pour what was left in the blender (almost half a drink ) in another cup (if even for a fee) he said oh no we dont do that here! So you like wasting product / not selling what you made? Got it! Also the tapioca balls didnt seem fresh

I love their cream tea with Tapioca. Never had a problem with the staff. Always friendly to me. They also give good suggestions on what new items to try. Havent been disappointed so far. Been going there for a couple of weeks and it is my new go-to spot on Westheimer.

Decent hang out place. They have tons of bubble tea options and their food is ok but not many options and mostly fried. So dont really come here for the food primarily. Love their Champagne Grape Slurpy plus theres a coupon on their website if youre buying a few.

Service is friendly and fast. Their shakes are pretty legit. I wouldnt prefer tapioca. Shakes are far better without tapioca. Other than that place is clean and chill. Anybody can handout in here. They also have pool game available.

This place is open until 4, makes great drinks, and mediocre food. If you live nearby, this is really the only place to get good tapioca outside of Bellaire and is definitely the only place to get tapioca after midnight.
