Very disappointed with my last visit. In reality none of my visits have been exceptional except for one time about a year ago. The new staff doesnt know what being in customer service means, and neither does the manager. I ordered the new Italian sandwich and they left out the ham after going over what was in the sandwich with one of their coworkers (not with me) , I came back to return/exchange it, and while there were plenty of employees on duty and even though they saw me at the front by the register no one came to attend me. The manager on duty seemed distracted even when he did attend me and very apathetic. I dont expect perfection but dont be so indifferent and dry. Lack of compassion. Employees seem mute. Very annoying. Terrible customer service now. Will not be returning. I was a regular even with the lame customer service, cause there food is good but it doesnt matter how good the food is if you lack people skills and your service sucks. Bye Felicia.

Wallisville Road is one of the worst run Panera Breads Ive been to across the 7 different states Ive lived. Definatley a favorite place to get both breakfast & lunch, but not at this location! 7:15AM and theyre already out of plastic ware and orange juice? The team feels disinterested and haggard everytime Ive been in there. Dissappointing for a brand new location. Not even sure I could say that it started off with a bang when it opened as I had the same experience when I visited in its first week.

As a traveling telecommuter, Panera is often a favorite "office" for me when Im in the US. But the Internet at this location fluctuates between unbearably slow, and completely non-functional. Fortunately Im able to tether from my mobile phone to get some work done. The staff are very friendly, and always greet me with a smile here, but the service is consistently slow. The restaurant is clean, and the food quality good, as I expect from Panera. The Internet and slow service are my only complaints.

I walked in about 2:30 on a Tuesday so it wasnt busy. Nobody was at the counter but several employees saw me. There were a couple ladies talking in the the back and one employee on her lunch break. I waited for way too long for anyone to take my order. Finally, the sweet girl on her lunch break took my order, when she shouldnt have. The cooks could have at least informed someone a customer walked in. Customer service should improve but the food is always fine, which is why theyre a 3 star for me.

panera bread has one of greatest service , and fresh foods..those who dont like paneras food im sure they are kinds of peoples who eat at mc donald, where they take their kids....btw , read about mc donald or chicke file there was recenty found a human sperm and parts of human meat in the mecdonalds hamburger, as result one person died (hiv) , and many others in ugent medicare...so good luck with your lovely mcdonald ,you obviously are an idiot!

Very disappointed about the customer service on the drive thru. This girl clearly doesnt know how to treat a customer, she doesnt even say hi when someone gets to the window, gives me the bag all wrinkled everytime I visit this location I just HATE her attitude. Yess the white girl with the piercing. If Im paying $7 for a half sandwich I except a more nicer attitude. She should work at Walmart, maybe it will fit her better.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ive NEVER had such a difficult time getting someone to understand a simple order of 3 breakfast sandwiches. My order was wrong, even AFTER having to have the idiot at the window redo the order 5 times because he could NOT get it right. We even had him repeat our order to us and it was STILL wrong! I will NEVER go back here again. Complete morons.

They forgot my chips in the drive thru. I called and the manager said he would give me chips a free treat. I drove all the way back and went through the drive thru. The lady working said heres your chips I asked about the treat and she laughed. I ordered a half green goddess salad. The lettuce was rusted. Ive had good customer service there before but not the best this time

Fresh food, great taste, love the environment, & friendly staff. Your location does need to improve on the amount of avocado that is utilized on the sandwiches . I spent 9 bucks on a Turkey avocado blt sandwich and only got about one bite of avocado in the sandwich. Besides that my sandwich was delicous. Check number 424667.

The lowest quality Panera Ive found. The person who prepares the food takes no pride. Just throws together required ingredients. Sandwiches are the worst. Frontega Chicken Panini - top melted halfway off bottom slice. The Italian - meat & cheese is a fist shaped ball slathered in goo. The mens restroom is filthy.

This week my corp office placed two orders Mon and Today and both times we were missing food. If the food was only for me Id whatever it. but the food wasnt but for a training class so they were all very upset as well as I am for wasting time and gas do to someone else negligence.

Delicious, fresh food. Staff is friendly and attentive when dining in. It is a little hard to order through the drive thru because of the noisy freeway to its right but other than that, this is a great place to get fresh food.

Love the food but not the customer service! I called to place an order to pick up & a gentlemen answered the phone and was very rude. Rushing me to complete my order when I wasnt even done. Horrible.

Great place to get really good food and relax. Very laid back atmosphere and they have a lot of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Forgot an item on my order but the staff was very friendly.
