I am very fortunate to have been spoiled by being a customer at the Conroe Location of Toasted Yolk, where the food and service has always been excellent. Today I had the delightful pleasure of visiting the Spring location. The new location is amazing in its design, and the food was, dare I say it, even better than the Conroe store, and that is not an exaggeration either. I ordered the Alaskan Arnold and my eggs were poached to perfection, the spinach wilted just right and the salmon was divine. It was after 11am when I arrived and normally this would come with a choice of grits or hash brown casserole and fruit, so I asked if I could change out the latter for their homemade fries and was greeted with "absolutely". They serve one of the best breakfasts in the area of both Spring and Conroe and the lunches can be paired with exciting wines and beers. Thank you to Chris for giving up his time to talk. Thoroughly recommend both locations for the Toasted Yolk

My group of 5 originally planned on going to Cracker Barrel, however the wait was too long on New Years Day so we decided to look for another place. We came across The Toasted Yolk just down the street.. The service was excellent. We were sat immediately, had water and coffee on our table very fast. The waitress didnt write down our food order as she took it (which always makes me nervous), however despite the somewhat complicated order our table had the order came out perfectly. The food was amazing. I ordered the Cowboy Scramble and it was incredible. It came with an amazing side of hashed browns and some refreshing fruits. Everyone else in my group was also very happy with their food. Everyone was extremely friendly. There was always somebody checking on us to make sure everything was OK and we were satisfied. Our drinks were never empty. The restrooms were very clean. Overall, its a very nice place with excellent food. I will definitely go again.

I go there every Sunday and service is awesome everyone is nice and very happy to serve you and answer all your questions and that is any waiter they on top of their game. Food is very delicious I can say the waffles are the best from any place I have been at and Its even way better then any breakfast joint dont want to damage other places but its the truth their coffee is so good always fresh and their creamers as well all types of flavored. Like I said I go every Sunday I have tried about anything and everything and its always good and only once my food was a little cold and they cooked me another plate fresh and hot because they always ask if everything is okay well hope this review helps I know any one will love it there you get what you pay for and even more and if you want coffee to go always ask and they will bring it to you .

Overall not the best brunch place. With that being said the fully loaded fries that I had as an appetizer was extremely delicious, so the fact that the rest of the food was just edible was sad. The sausage gravy had no flavor and was not seasoned. The southern fried arnold plate I ate was disappointing. The poached eggs was the only good thing about this plate, even the fried chicken can be best described mediocre. The biscuits were dry and I had no flavor. The wait was approximately 30 minutes to be seated, which is normally a good sign for good food, but not in this case. This could have just been an off day for this place, but I will not find out since I have no plans on coming back.

Waited maybe less than 10min. to be seated on a Sunday. FAST service once I sat down I was immediately asked for a drink, minutes later for food, and then check. I could be bias about the fastness seeing that I was in a rush to eat and leave but I didnt feel hovered at all and had enough time to eat and had frequent check ups if I was doing ok. FOOD WAS A+. Place can be pricey for just bfest/lunch but you get leftovers anyways! I got the half salad/half sandwhich on the lunch side. Got the strawberry salad and chicken salad sandwich. DELICIOUS.

In town for a soccer tournament and found this little joint cause we try to avoid chain restaurants. We will be eating breakfast here our entire trip. Food was phenomenal, service great, very polite. We were in the morning rush and our server got a bit overwhelmed but the rest of the staff rallied and kept everything running smoothly. My only ding would be that their main breakfast sandwiches are a bit pricey by $1-2. That being said they are HUGE so tomorrow we will order half and split btw two. Great place. Keep it local folks!

This restaurant and service is exceptional. Great for Sunday brunch when you want to take your time, relax and scan the menu. I had a hard time deciding whether I wanted breakfast or lunch. My server (Jennifer whose name was listed on the ticket as Jeffrey) was soooo helpful in describing the features of each entree, I ended up having the grilled salmon salad with a side of bacon! Tasty combination. (Jennifer) also provided wonderful conversation that made the meal even better. Will be back with friends!

If you have not been yet you better go. I have been at least 4 times and have yet to be disappointed. I will not do a breakfast restaurant without going here first. Cracker barrel who!...it is only one spot that it as good this its Ellen Southern Kitchen in Dallas. Come with an appetite not a wad of cash. Cause this place piles it on for a very decent price. Oh yeah you get way more than what you pay for. Awesome food, great service, I like it 100 times better than the breakfast club.

This is not only my new favorite Friday lunch spot, but the whole office loves it. Ive been here at least 5 times, and only tried different breakfast items so far. Love the Vegetable Scramble, Wheatwich, Southwest Arnold, and Two Eggs and a Cake. Food has been very consistent and great, comes out in a timely manner, and the service is good. Not the cheapest place, but serving size is on the big side and the quality is excellent - in other words its worth it.

We frequently dine at The Toasted Yolk! I dont think we have ever had to wait for a table, and the service is excellent. The French toast is amazing, though a full plate is a lot of food. It does reheat well, so I can enjoy it the next day too. Another favorite is their signature dish, The Toasted Yolk. Perfectly toasted Texas sized slices of homemade bread with an egg cooked in the middle. This is our go-to breakfast or brunch restaurant.

I ordered from the catering menu for a team meeting. My team loved all the food. The Cowboy Scramble was a hit. There was plenty of food. It was piping hot. The order was ready when I arrived to pick up. The service was great too. The man that helped me was awesome. He carried the food right out to my car. They made my morning and my meeting. Thank you Team Toasted Yolk! Now I cant wait bring my family.
