The staff was friendly and funny. The dining area was fairly clean. The wait was short for it to be during the lunch hour. The food was decent until I got down to the last couple of bites of my kale salad and saw a hair that obviously wasnt mine sitting in the middle of my plate. I told the manager and he came over and gave me a refund and offered me a dessert. I felt like he handled the situation in a professional manner, but as an operating establishment please make sure your staff are handling food properly and wearing hairnets. Its definitely not a good customer experience finding hair in your food after youve even 3/4 of it.

I came here around the time they first opened and was not impressed with the breakfast sandwich and coffee I got to go. The sandwich was greasy and the coffee had no flavor. Came back today for a study session to try them out, hoping that was just a fluke. Coffee still sucks. Since Im getting it in the afternoon, Id would expect it to be burnt, but instead its weak weak weak! The conversations echo really bad. The desserts are pretty good, but not good enough to come back when I could go half a mile in either direction for better ambiance and food.

This is my 2nd time in one month having a bad experience at a corner bakery!! My order was incomplete, the sweet tea was old and spoiled, no more was being brewed so I had to get a refund. The kitchen area was dirty and only one person back there working. There were a few employees standing around talking. The quality and customer service is not up to standard at all, that was omw of the reasons I loved this place. I like McAllisters also I guess I will have to frequent it more.

2nd time eating here, first time using the online ordering service. I went in to pick my food up, which was promised at 1:35, and it was not ready. The person who helped me was not welcoming in the least. She made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her. On top of that, they forgot the chips that went with my panini. I noticed right as I was about to pull out of the parking lot, and had to turn back and go get them. Not happy at all, especially for the price I paid for the meal.

This place is a hidden treasure. I found it this morning while looking for panera bread. However this place is way better. Variety to choose from. Muffins straight out the oven. Staff is super friendly. Quaint and spacious at the sametime. I cannot wait to go back. Tell your friends and Co-workers!

They have a variety of meal options for any time of the day. They also offer different size portions, which is great for those of us who are light eaters! Im not a big fan of their pastries tho...even tho I am a sweet-tooth, their pastries are a tad too sweet for me.

We always get friendly service whenever we visit here. The food is good, theres a good selection of drinks, including four kinds of coffee, two kinds of teas and various fountain drinks. Great for a quick bite and theres lots of seating inside and out.

I ordered a pesto pasta dish and I found it very disappointing. The sauce seemed watered down and it needed more flavor, but not necessarily salt. The service was nice and the restaurant was clean, but I cant say Im a huge fan of this chain.
