It takes me an hour and a half to get here by public transit yet I do it pretty routinely. Partly for the spacious, well-lit interior. Its at the corner of the building, with large windows on two sides, and most of it has a high ceiling, so youve got two stories worth of windows. Its definitely got more natural light than any other cafe Ive been to in Houston. In addition, for when the weathers nice, theres a few tables worth of outdoor seating. If Im not mistaken, these are on the west side of the building, so in the morning through the early afternoon you should be in the shade... right? Right now its 3pm and the tables are still in the shade, though the edge of the shade is only about two yards away from them. Besides the setting, the other reason I come is the espresso drinks. Theyre great. I usually get the cortado with a double-shot of espresso--bitter and not for everyone, but thats what I like, and not everyone can make it well. Its always good here. Also, if you order orange juice theyll grind up some oranges for it. Its really good, right now at least, though this may depend on the season. Service is always great in my experience. Ive heard complaints about parking, despite the parking lot right in front of the building. Theres also a parking garage a few minutes walk away, with free parking on the upper levels. But I take the bus so whatever.

Consistently excellent service, great coffee and gelato ice cream. They have an amazing dessert coffee which is basically espresso mixed with ice cream. Served in a cup and eaten with a spoon it is absolutely amazing! Ive never tried their sandwiches but they look good. Lots of natural lighting and two floors of seating including a couple of tables outside when the weather is good. They also have their own restrooms which are clean. Overall a great place to have meetings, take your family for ice cream or just grab a cup of coffee and get some work done.

I like that its never to crowded here. I can always find a place to sit and work or just relax with a cup of coffee. Their Americano is probably my favorite and on occasions I treat myself to a cafe affogato or perhaps a flavored latte. Any pastry I have tried was delicious. If I need a little more nourishment then I typically get the Fellini salad. The staff are always friendly and make the visit pleasant. They even went the extra mile and helped my fiancé set up for his proposal here!

Pro Great prices, service, and environment. Fresh burr ground coffee = a great latte. Good environment Free WiFi Con Food not gluten free friendly, very much bakery style. Could have more latte variety WiFi requires fb check in. I know it works and not blaming them...just saying :-)

I went to Fellini at City Center last Friday. The staff who took the order of ice cream was really impolite and rude. He didnt really want to answer our questions about ice cream. It is a good place but I hope the quality of service could be better.

An excellent coffee shop experience. They serve Lavazza coffee. They also have many coffee related treats which I have been looking for since Chicago. Get the Nociolato or Affogato with hazelnut Gelato.
