Haha wow
No, just no. To put it simply. They almost did an exact copy of Crust pizza over on alden bridge, but didnt carry over the quality. Shame too since i live 3 minutes from here. But no, orders are always wrong, staff is just not trained well, food tasted awful, meats cheap, prices ridiculous, and packaging just dumb. Ordered cheese sticks, they were put in a pasta tin container, then that was put in a pizza box, then since it was popping the box open, it was taped down by what looked like a 4 year old. Only to completely come undone as soon as i walked out the door with it, while it was pooring might i add... Called to complain about a mistake, no money back, no credit, was simply told tomorrow morning id get $11 back in my account, from like a $40 order... Never even got the $11... Staff isnt trained, friendly, just not trained. I blame management.

My coworkers and I usually go here on our lunch Break be weve keep our distance due to the fact that management treated a young man whos a worker there like trash the manager I dont know her name but she was very rude to him and to us as well. We did ask to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager so we told her we didnt want to speak to her we would have to speak to the owner she said he wasnt in at the moment but due to the fact that we saw how their employees were being treated was very uncomfortable and very unprofessional of their behalf hopefully the young man is still there when we go back he was a sweetheart very helpful very polite and very sweet hopefully the owner can do something about management. It just makes their business look horrible as this is coming from a business office in general not only myself.

Was excited to see a pizza place on the northside of The Woodlands - however, this place was Brutal. Thoroughly disappointed. Had a piece of bone in the bbq chicken pizza. Mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce taste like they are store bought and previously frozen - not freshly made as advertised. I wouldnt recommend going to this place goven the other pizza options in and around The Woodlands. There was an awful smell in the main dining area. The outside area was nice - even though it is quite loud against 1488. Dessert...not good. Had the cannoli and tiramisu. I believe their ricotta cheese for the cannoli may have been sour, which led to a terrible tasting cannoli. The tiramisu was okay, nothing special. The staff was friendly and attentive - not their fault that the ingredients and food is sub par.

Great atmosphere, nice clean place. Pizza was delicious but not out of this world. Prices are not bad. The salad was huge and my wife and I shared it, and it was very good, lots of fresh cucumber and tomatoes. You come in and order at the counter so for the ones who have a hard time making a quick decision you might want to check out the menu before you get here. Two tvs on ESPN so thats a plus if youre a dude. Has outside seating with umbrellas but thats right on 1488 so the traffic noise is there. Booths tables and half and half inside. You are given cups at the counter when you order and the machine for water/cokes and whatnot is hidden in the back behind the fireplace and tv, its not bad but for the first time you have to hunt for it. Its worth checking out

I have been here several times and it has been great every time! This place blows dominos and Pizza Hut out of the water. Not even comparable. Service is great and friendly. When I read these reviews of bad service it doesnt make since because there is no waiter. The only thing the employees bring is the food orders and any extra sauce. They will also bring to go boxes when you are almost done. Dont complain about service when you dont even leave them a tip. The employees are great outgoing people and they do their job very well. Pizza is great and the specialty pizzas are awesome! This is my favorite pizza place in the area and is the second best pizza place in The Woodlands behind Grimaldis.

Had a pizza and dry rub wings. Its just a high priced Pizza Hut! The large pizza is more like a small pizza! I will not be returning here again! Service was not good either, no hello or welcome as I entered the door! Used pizza pans were piled up very high on the floor in plain sight behind the cashier, which was nowhere near the kitchen! It looked trash! The whole place was hot,the ac was not working properly! They dont even deserve 1 star! You are better off sticking with dominos since they are the best pizza place in the area! If pizza Huts quality has gone down hill!

This is by far one of my top favorite places to eat and spend time with friends amd family. Great service provided by smiling faces as soon as you walk in. The food makes you want to come back for dinner the same day. I can eat here everyday. The store is also ran by great management. The manager , Kristi, has improved every aspect of this restaurant from the food , to staff, to the quality of your visit. This business has really thrived since Kristi has been in management. I rate this place 5 stars easily off the food alone.

Truly thought it was awesome, had BBQ extra large pizza, was great. Staff was good, what you would expect from a pizza place and teenagers, nothing bad however the young guy who brought the pizza to the table was very polite and they were all friendly. I can bet the people who suggest pizza hut or dominos work there for dont have a tongue. Great job, glad you are so close to my neighborhood! Edit: It was reasonably priced at $20 for a extra large specialty pizza, same price as your typically chain but way fresher.

The pizza actually does taste good. The problem is one hundred percent of the time theyve messed up one thing on the order. They do try to make up for it when it happens, so Ill give them that. I dont really understand why there are these pizza places that dont default to pie slice. That was annoying the first time they screwed it up. I like them, and theyre more accessible than Crust from my location. Pretty comparable as long as youre customizing your own pizza. I also really like the gyro sandwich!

i was eating when i saw the manager or owner mistreating the waitress, she is the rudest person I have seen in a long time. on top of that, she was screaming and yelling like crazy to a customer, ask him to leave and never comeback... The customer was very young and very kind. ....ill never comeback to that place EVER!!! AND I will tell everyone!!!! unbelievable girr8ble place! ...no wonder why the cooks and employees walk away!!! ...not even q 1/4 of star you deserve

This pizza is mediocre. Not much different than Dominoes, Pizza Hut, etc. Bought a large, thick crust. It was not particularly large and the crust was thin. I was quite disappointed because I was hoping for an alternative to the large chains, which I do not patronize. Giving it two stars because the pizza was "okay". It wasnt horrible. Just not nearly as exciting as their store exterior and interior successfully conveys. More show than go.
