It was 5:15 in the evening, and I had not eaten anything all day. I drove a couple of miles out of my way to go to this location, which is the closest to my home. I was looking forward to a beltbuster, fries, and a shake. Well, I pulled up to the drive through, and began ordering once I was greeted. In the middle of a sentence, she breaks in and says. "Youre going to have to talk louder than that", in an EXTREMELY rude voice. Not "Im sorry, I cant hear you." but "You are going to have to talk louder than that." I was already not in the greatest mood because of not having eaten, and was trying to remedy that with a $8-$10 order, for just myself. When they came back with that rude comment, it hit me the wrong way, and I backed out of the drive through and immediately left. YOU DO NOT GET MY MONEY IF YOU ARE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!!! This location has always been bad about talking over you while youre trying to order, but this is the first time they have been rude on top of it. I will be going to What A burger in a few minutes, and spend 10-12 dollars just for this. I will NEVER visit this location ever again. I ate there about once a week usually, so doing the math, over the next ten years they will make $5200 less money from me. Your store was crap until Dairy Queen stepped in and improved your building. Unfortunately your people are STILL rude and unprofessional.... Just got back from Whataburger... YUM YUM!!! $11.18 Double meat burger, large fries, large chocolate shake, and a whole jalapeno... Everyone there was courteous and helpful.. Imagine that!

The food is average, wait time is average, and the dining area is exactly the same as all otger DQ locations... Average. The only reason I give it a 2/5 instead of 3/5 is because the customer service is almost nonexistent from most of the employees. I have been coming to this location every couple of months for about 3 years. As long as you dont ask any questions, or make their job difficult, the staff gives you average, (yet again,) service. They do nothing to go above and beyond, but they also arent disrespectful. However, if you get a wrong order, and complain, or have any reason that you need to be fixed, YOU ARE GOING TO RECEIVE POOR SERVICE. The people that have been working here that give you attitudes are part of the family that owns this location, so they have no fear about their job security. If at all possible try to have your order taken from one of the younger workers, since most of them are not part of the family and will give you the customer service you expect when eating out. In my opinion, the family needs to take a hands off approach to the store, hire management that knows what they are doing, and only reap profits. Also if you want to work at this location be prepared for a dead end job. They do not give many promotions, and as far as I can tell, the only member of management are the family members.

Very friendly people working here today. We ordered our food and the lady brought it to our table with a smile. As we were eating the cook came out and asked everyone there how their food was. I have to say it was not only great but very very fresh too. The vegetables were so fresh and cold the lettuce was even crispy on my hot burger. The fries were so hot I had to let them cool off. And the blizzard dessert was the best. Only thing I missed was the soft ice like they used to have. They now have a self serve soda machine with different style ice. I missed the soft ice that DQ always had before. All in all great service, great food, and a great time.

Its Dairy Queen, whats not to love. I mean ice cream in most any form including cakes. The burgers are the best, and the frys are great. Something to satisfy most anyone. Only two negatives that I can think of. First you cant get the gift cards just anytime you want, the manager has them in protective custody, in her purse. So you have to wait till shes there. Second I loved their beef tacos, but around March or there abouts the beef taco meat mix went from great robust flavor to mostly bland and without power. So Id say just skip the beef taco anything! (go to Taco Bell for beef tacos) However, youll love everything else.

Very rude. Had to call the manager while in line due to the lady taking orders making fun o fb an older man at the window. I pulled up, speaker was on and for a good 3 minutes she was talking to another employee about the "old white guy at the window who probably doesnt even know where hes at..." I can clearly see the older gentleman and what I assume was his grandkids. He didnt seem to care. Then when I get to the window to pay the older woman taking orders messes up my order 3 times I had to pull what I ordered up on my phone to show her a picture! Then she tried charging me for the orders SHE messed up on.

I never liked this store the Indian manager(s) do not hire males just women thats one. Two they will charge you a LARGE for a Medium on many of the items there. I will order a Medium Blizzard for the actual LARGE price. I always have to talk to the cashier about the issue but I will always get the same reply; "It is the right size". When clearly it isnt, because the sizes are displayed in front. I am VERY displeased with pricing, service, and sanitation. Sorry just hate the damn place.

HORRIBLE! Always have been unfortunately. Went there asked for a chocolate extreme blizzard and they automatically put nuts in it (im allergic to nuts) and the treat does not come with nuts. Had to go back in lile wait 20 min and at the window they told me it does (it does not google it) and have me attitude about wanting an exchange. Then they expected me to pay for it again and I did because I didnt want to cause any further trouble. Just fire these people already.

I wouldnt even give this place one star!!! I am appalled that the manager just literally called and cussed me out for canceling an order because i mixed up two locations. I told her she was very rude and unprofessional! Indian sounding woman her name supposedly "Nancy" (because she literally didnt want to give me her name).

This establishment seems to get worse every time we come here. Slow customer service, employees who dont even know how to say "youre welcome" and its clear no one can multi task as evidenced by the long wait times both in and outside the store. We keep coming here in hopes it will improve but to our disappoint it has not.

Very poor I went for 1.99 banana split and the owner said it was no longer she always does that so you dont get at the discounted prices not fair and very unpleasant so I bought 2 but I was so upset I just threw it away I should pf went else where like my husband said

The burgers are top tier here i love them but.... i was having an issue with them giving me small fries with my combo which the menu clearly says medium drink and fris are served with the combo. The cashier disagreed but i somehow still got a medium fry that day.
