I absolutely love their pizza! Ive been eating at Brothers since they opened their first location in Houston. Ive eaten at every one of them. I eat Pizza at least 3 times a week....Dont hate!! But for real, Ive had some pretty damn good pizza all over the country. This place tops them all. I travel 30 miles ONE WAY to pick up one of their pies. Now, I do have one complaint here and I hope they will fix it. They quit taking orders 15 minutes before they close. I did not know this being that I normally order at around 7pm. I drove about 90% of my 30 mile ONE WAY trip knowing that I would get there about 10 TO 15 minutes before they close. And I was freakin hungry too!! So I called 5 minutes prior to my arrival to place my order......NO ANSWER. This was about 12 minutes before their posted closing time. I called back 2 more times just to keep getting an answering machine. I left a message explaining my situation. I even left my info asking for someone to PLEASE call me back. Never got a ring back. I was pretty upset about this being a business owner myself, so instead of just saying, "screw them" and never returning, I just try to order earlier. So, in my opinion based on the way 99% of other companies do business........ They should take orders (even at the very last minute) until their posted hours of operation. If they want to stop taking orders at 8:45pm, they should post "Closing time: 8:45pm". Because if they arent taking anymore business, this means they are closed in the customers eyes. I close my stores at 9pm. But I dont turn the "Open sign" off until 9pm. We start our closing duties just after 9 when the last customer has been taken care of.

I was in Houston to meet HP about a project, I was staying at the extended stay hotel and had limited transportation. The hotel has it set up where you call a order in type service that charges a min of $ 18.50. They would not tell you where your food would be coming from just a delivery kitchen in the area.I THOUGHT TO MYSELF DO I WANT TO EAT FOOD THAT I DONT KNOW WHOS MAKING IT OR HOW TO CONTACT ANYONE IF SOMETHING HAPPEN? SO OK iLL CALL DOMINOS, SO I PROCEEDED TO DO THIS OFF THE CARD ON THE DESK, SAME THING ORDER LINE WITH EXTRA PRICES. I was online usine the greatest tool ever developed and made a search and found Brother Pizza Service, read the reviews and ordered a pizza, the Pizza at Brothers is great. Most of the time I eat a large by myself, this pizza I could not eat but 3/4 and I was very hungry as I had been on the plane trips since 8 am and had no chance to eat. I give this pizza a 10 star ratting. The service was great, however I could not get a beer to go with it. No fault of the business a Texas Law i guss. Whats up with that??? Thanks Brothers Pizza DLS

The absolute worst customer service that we have ever experienced with any restaurant. The worker AND the manager, who claimed to be the owner. We live 4.8 miles from this particular location on Mills Rd and the staff refused to deliver to us, stating that they do not deliver over 5 mile radius. 4.8 miles is less than 5 miles any way you look at it, but then for the manager to get on the phone and be a complete jackass because my husband tried to state that 4.8 is less than 5 miles, was completely unnecessary. And with that being said, they just delivered pizza to our home address less than 2 weeks ago. We will NEVER order from this company again and believe me..... We will tell everyone about this experience.

I must admit that Im a bit jealous of the locals that have this as a delivery option, because this place is fanFREAKINGtastic! I was staying close by and decided to go for it after seeing the reviews. The wings were AWESOME and cooked just right. Side salad was good, and Im not sure if they make their own dressings in house, but if not, they dont buy the cheap crap. Spaghetti was okay. I prefer a meat sauce, but their sauce is really good. The spaghetti couldve used a bit more sauce. The meatballs were not bad but not the best ever either. Pizza was REALLY good. Especially for down here! I highly recommend this place for good delivery!

Received the wrong pizza from them, called and told them about the problem only to hear "I find that hard to believe, if you bring the pizza back up here I will look at it" by the manager. Took the pizza back up to them to show the mistake, and still was not offered an apology or reason. Asked for a refund for the pizza, and while the manager was giving us our cash back - her employees were laughing and taunting us about bringing the pizza back because it was wrong. Poor, poor, poor customer service. We have ordered from this business at least 20 times before tonight, and its so sad that the manager can realize or accept fault for her employees.

Just found my new fave pizza spot! Last night I was walking home down Valencia feeling like (no joke) a pizza. Didnt feel like waiting an hour for delivery tho, or having leftovers for days for a single person. All of a sudden I caught the unmistakable delicious smell of pizza! (At first I thought my mind was playing tricks on me!) Brothers Pizza Express had just what I wanted - a fresh and delicious vegetarian pizza (perfectly portioned and affordable) made quickly and still hot when I got home. Staff was also super friendly and helpful. All I can say is: panda Allen, corona content o. Full belly, happy heart. Thanks, Brothers Pizza Express!

I have been eating here for 10 years now. Never have I had bad service or anyone treat us with the slightest disrespect. The place is always busy, the kids enjoy themselves, and hey this is not Pizza Hut, it takes time, its homemade and delicious. I hate that some people have had to deal with the rude blonde manager, thankfully I have never had to speak with her and maybe or atleast hopefully if she is that rude she should be fired!!!!! To bad all the bad incidents cant be replaces by what we feel,see and taste each and every time we go to Brothers!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to give one star. They didnt follow my order. I ordered half veggies and half pepperoni. They put the veggies on whole pizza and lot of cheese on top of pepperoni (as if they tried to hide their mistake). I noticed this mistake when I got home. I just didnt bother to return it as everybody at home was tired and hungry. The pizza was flooded with cheese. It was just too much and very salty. Honestly, Little Caesars is better than the pizza I ordered.

I have been going here since the first time someone turned me on to it which was in 2014. Ive gone so much, most of the staff know me by name and know what I want. The pizza is really good. I love pizza, especially New York style so if that is what you want and desire then this is your place. The atmosphere is nice and the staff is too. Ive never had a bad experience so no reason to stop going! I love you Brothers Pizza!
