The buffet once made me sick because cheese was outdated. Im pretty sympathetic to food service workers because I have worked in that area on many different levels but.... The cheese incident was it for me. Before that, for the last 13 years I been in Hiawatha the entire time I have lived here the restrooms smelled like there pipes were not venting properly. Would have been one star but every once in a great wile ill get the wings delivered. Sure there is good hard working folks there but that place has always had issues.

Great small-town service!! Super friendly and accommodating. I am not a local. My friend, son and I turned up in the shop a little before 10 p.m. . We had been driving all day with no restaurants insight. Our pizzas were perfect. The shop was clean. Plus the manager treated my son to a chocolate cupcake, a sprite, and cheesy breadsticks. Circumstantial of course but exceedingly sweet all the same.

I am done with pizza hut in Holton after my son use up his book it because I sum to have trouble with this place I call for deliver tonight at 5:45 and call back7:00 and ask where pizza and was told it was going be awhile long and when I ordered pizza from them last year the delivery drive had to take money out of his wallet to make change for my order

Their staff can be friendly and kinds at times. Theyre never able to keep up with any buffet rush. Even when warned about a large party coming. So if you enjoy waiting to watch the pizza disappear before you can even get any enjoy. Im surprised its still open.

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with double mushrooms, pineapple, extra cheese and light on the sauce. I received the above with no sauce. Delivery person only had eight dollars cash so I ended up spending $32 for this.
