On May 21, 2015 - 6 of my coworkers and 34 special education students ordered 15 pizzas for our annual field trip from your location in Alexandria,MN. Our students planned and fund raised for the past year to go on this trip. Last month as we were finalizing the costs, I contacted Pizza Hut ( I was directed to the call center) and asked how much a large, single topping pizza would cost and was quoted $7.99. After ordering and reconfirming the price of the pizzas on the day of our field trip, was charged a total of $187.00 for our pizza. Thats almost 11.99 per pizza not 7.99!! One of your employees named "Special Eyes" delivered our pizzas and was less than excited to help us when I discussed the quoted price with him. I asked that the manager be called and he reluctantly did. After a brief conversation he claimed that his manager and general manager couldnt help us. After furhter prompting, I asked that he discuss this with his manager further, he left and returned 20 minutes later, with a proposal to knock off $20.00. There was over a $60.00 difference in the cost of the pizzas! Because of this overcharge, we were short money for the rest of the planned events on our fieldtrip and our adult members had to cover the additional costs. The manager did return my calls within a few days of this horrible incident, but never did honor the quoted price. She was quick to offer a "special price" of $8.99 next for our next years field trip. Our kids worked very hard to raise this money and deserve a refund on the overpayment of pizza!! This incident has not been resolved to our groups satisfaction and I am asking for you to look into this further. Thank You!

Came into town to spend a few days with family & enjoy the lake. Went to have dinner & arrived at Pizza Hut at 8:55pm (sign said it closed at 10pm)...no one was there & waitress was not happy to see us. She was rude while seating us, rude while taking order, the order was incorrect but she wasnt there when we asked for her the cook that was serving our food to us said she had "stepped out"...the waitress came back & asked if wed mind if she vacuumed the other side of the restaurant at 8:40pm when we were still waiting for the correct food. Finally got the rest of the food & the grouchy waitress comes with a check hovering over us to sign the bill. Worst service ever! Do not recommend this restaurant. Suggest the waitress finds a new job because customer service is not her area & if the manager reads this they need to do some customer service training - I counted 5 staff members at the restaurant & it was horrible service.

The call center is bull and with this I can confidentely say there is better customer support elsewhere. Its not just one time its been twice the same month first order was screwed up and this time the guy was fulling around on the phone and it took 5 min for him to realize I was on the line. Then he played Im the supervisor and would not transfer so I hung again and made my order. You have to think if I wa to trust the call center with my company like this one then it shows that they themselves as the Pizza Hut company does not want any of our purchases from the company.

Ill give 2 stars for it being ready at the time I was told. The pizza itself though was edible but not very enjoyable. The cheese was not at all melted, crust was still soft, and the green peppers looked like they were just chopped in half quickly and thrown on. I ended up re-cutting the vegetables and putting it in the oven. This is the second time I have ordered from there in probably a 6 month period, and the second time I have been dissapointed. I will be going elsewhere until I start hearing some positive reviews.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE!! Waited over an hour and a half for our pizzas! First, their "convenient call center ordering service" sent our order to Duluth. After calling and getting the location corrected, they waited 40 min to call and inform us that they do not deliver to arrowwood resort! We would have to drive to the store and pick up our order!! What a joke!! Will never order from Pizza Hut again.

The pizza is good, but the customer service is terrible. There were two people behind the counter just talking when I walked in. I was not greeted or acknowledged for a couple minutes. My order was not read back to me. I was not thanked. The lady with red hair who helped me had gloves on while ringing me up and then just went back to handling food. No washed hands. No change of gloves. Gross.

Horrible. End of statement, just went again tonight 05/16/17 we waited 15 minutes before we were greeted with menus, told Lady we were ready to order, she hummed and said I will be right back. She then went behind counter for a few minutes helped other people and then went and took another tables order. We walked out. Still horrible.

Service was terrible, the manager Danny needs to get her crap together....pizza was over a hour late...delivery driver asked me to come down and get the pizza...then I paid with a card over the phone and they said they needed cash...one of the worse places to order from.

Took over an hour to get my order delivered. The order screen counts down from 30 min. Horrible service. Calling the directly doesnt help either, guess Pizza Hut decided to cut some corners and hire their phones to be answered by some phone service.

I leave in Alexandria MN and I called and they tell me they dont deliver IN my park and we seen them here two days ago so now that they told me they will never deliver her i will pass it on to my friends not to order there any more

Ordered online at 10:30 for a 12pm delivery of pasta and breadsticks and theyre over 15 minutes late without so much as a call...its not like theyre making it from scratch, youve got an hour to reheat premade pasta and deliver it...

Pizza Hut is still at the forefront of pizza places. They had an excellent special, so the prices were great. The pizzas that we ordered came to our table fast and tasted super delicious.
