Terrible service. I was lied to some Kristopher guy. Got the first pizza wrong. Called them and they said they would make another one thats right and over an hour later no pizza. I call again to check on it and Kristopher says she just left with it. ANOTHER 30 minutes later I say forget it and load my 3 very hungry children up in the car with the wrong pizza and my receipt. When I get there I demand my money back, another guy is at the counter and gets on the computer to see my pizza is still in the back and has been awhile!!!! I should have known better. Theyve always sucked should have gone with my gut. This place has always sucked. Definitely will NEVER order anything from them again!!!!

Walked in, they said they only had 3 menus, our party had 5 and there was another party of 6 or 7 that came in behind us. Salad bar was not filled and only 2 salad plates at the salad bar. We had to ask for the salad bar to be filled, 2 tables of customers later it still wasnt filled. We got there around 6pm, closing hours are 11pm and it looked like they were trying to clean up already. Our table was sticky, didnt get lemons for our water we asked for, and looked like employees were just standing around in the back. We left to go to another Pizza Hut.

All I ordered was a cheese sticks, and 8 wings with 2 sodas. They forgot 1 of my sodas And my marinara sauce. When you try to call them to get what they forgot, they never answer. Instead it always goes to the call center. When I worked here, they NEVER fully cleaned their dishes. I would run things twice to get all the gunk amd sauce off. I got in trouble for running the dishwasher twice, and they "showed me" how to do it right. THEY old put half dirty plates and cups away for use.

HORRIBLE Food, HORRIBLE service, and an all around Bad Place to eat. I just got my order about 15 minutes ago, it is burnt crisp. My teen daughters do not even want to eat it, and they will eat 2 day old cold (good) pizza. Burnt cheese sticks and even the pasta is burnt. In previous orders they almost ALWAYS forget something, whether it is an order of breadsticks, a soda, or an order of wings. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy!

Being a truck driver I get to see a lot of different places and I get to order from a lot of different Pizza Huts. So this time being here in Parsons Kansas I ordered online, and asked for paper plates(usually they never see it this time they did) the delivery guy was wicked nice brought a bunch of paper plates cups and napkins I was shocked. I just dont understand why everyone else that has rated this location so poorly I am really impressed.

The restaurant had only 2 menus, service was lackadaisical and uninvolved. Our food was cooked well, but had an off taste. The entire restaurant had a sour odor as though the tables were cleaned with an old dirty cloth. Add to that we had to go to 6 tables to find a shaker of cheese and dried pepper. Not impressed.

I called to make an order and the server on the phone was very friendly, and prompt. They even helped me save a bit more than I expected with their specials they have going on. So service went well and that one server was a goof.

Has definitely gotten better under new management. Codie Merchant is doing Pizza Hut some good. Buffets are stocked now and orders come in on time.
