***stop reviewing this place with a poor review because your delivery experience sucked. This is a pizza place that delivers. Review the pizza!*** I called in a order for pick up. I used the 2 anything mediums for $6.99 each coupon. Such a good deal. My gf ordered her usual half Hawaiian, half chicken, peppers, onions and fresh mushrooms. I ordered the meat lovers. We both chose the pan crust but WOW it is thick. As think as thick crust used to be. Its nice and chewy with a buttery crispness. The quality of ingredients was better than I expected and the pizzas were assembled carefully. Not thrown together and lop-sided like weve received from Mazzios and Little Caesars. There was sausage all the way to the crust on mine in places. Nice job Pizza Hut. Just ordered pizza again (9-16-16) using the same deal above. This time I got the thin crust. Cheese and toppings go all the way to the edge. Taste is very good. Best value for $6. Ive ordered $30 pizzas that werent as good. I want to hate Pizza Hut but theyve nailed it again.

After placing a delivery order, I called (waiting on hold for several minutes) back to give them a different phone number, as the one I had given them had died. They told me it was unnecessary and would not accept a new number. Half an hour later, I called back (waiting again). They told me the delivery person had gotten lost, and that it would be another half hour wait. I canceled my order, as I had already been waiting an hour. I was informed that I had not been charged. I was charged anyway. I called to speak to a manager, and was told it would be refunded immediately. It wasnt. It has now been two days, and I am still waiting for my refund. Apparently, my money was a charitable donation to incompetent restaurant workers. Maybe I can claim it on my tax return?

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. 1. Cold pizza 2. No sauce on the pizza 3. They messed up my order twice and wouldnt give reimburse me for the saltine bacon bit pizza I paid $12 for. 4. The crust was hard as a rock. 5. They were talking trash in the background while on hold??? I called to tell them that they gave me a bacon bit saltine cracker pizza instead of a hand tossed Canadian bacon pizza. I like Pizza Hut more than Mazzios but damn this place sucks!

I ordered online for delivery & was estimated my order would be to my apartment in an hour & 50min. After 2 hrs & it still not delivered, I called the call center, which stated it was in route. 30 mins later, I called the actual store & the guy said it was leaving in 5min. Delivery guy took it to the wrong place & no one called. After 3 hrs, I told him I did not want any more. He states Ill have a credit but I will not go back. So much for dinner.

We ordered a pizza online, and after the order went through, they said it would be 90 minutes. When it finally arrived 100 minutes later, the two pizzas were just cheese (we had ordered supreme), with an extra charge on each for "just cheese". When I say "just cheese" I mean no sauce or anything. Gross. We called to ask for a refund. Well see how it goes. We are now ordering from papajohns...shouldve done that in the first place.

One of the better location in town. I have had good experiences here and cant recall a bad one. Stay away from the one at 31st and memorial though 75% of the time they will mess up and the food will be cold then they will be rude when you politely ask them to fix it. This location however has never messed up on my order and the food is always warm or hot never cold.

Wish I had two more hands so i could give this place 4 thumbs down! Im guessing the manager callee me after the delivery guy left saying i didnt pay. She sounded nuts! Saying pay or Ill come get my food. Lol. If i didnt pay the guy and he just left then its on him but I paid through the call center. The call center even said she was nuts

The driver (Jeremy) got mad because we didnt tip him enough, so he pulled away in his tahoe honking and revving his engine until he passed my house. RUDE. The store would then not answer the phone so I could inform them of this situation.

LOVE this location. I order online and I always get good hot food and friendly service. I used to only eat pizza from mazzios but I have officially converted to pizza hut now.

Ive always had excellent service with this location untill today, it took this DD 30min to deliver my order of 1lrg pizza and 2 2ltrs 0.9 miles away. Not happy.
