I ordered our pizza ahead of time because my family and I were in there a couple weeks prior and my in-laws received their pizza and consumed the whole thing before we even received ours, and we ordered at the same time. When I called the lady answering the phone had to ask someone else if it was ok that I call in my order to dine in. The pizza was waiting on the table when we arrived which was awesome since we were didnt have much time. When it came time to pay for the pizza I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without ONE employee even acknowledging my presence. There were at least 4 employees running around like they were in a marathon yet accomplishing nothing. I finally asked the male employee who was standing 3 feet from me boxing pizzas in such a frenzy if I had to do a song and dance to pay for my meal. He told me hed be with me in a few minutes. I told him we were in a hurry. I waited another 2-3 minutes before I finally said if they didnt take my money now I was going to leave. Then a female employee came to take my credit card and proceeded to be rude and act like it was an inconvenience for her to take my money. There was one person waiting to be seated and two others waiting for food. As soon as I signed my credit card, the same rude, female employee told the 3 of them that they would just have to wait because they had orders that needed to get done. The establishment is dirty, slow and rude service. I will NEVER, EVER give them another dime of my money.

Usually we have a good experience, however today, not so much. We were the first customers, they didnt have any pizza on the buffet for 40 minutes. Floors hadnt been vacuumed from the night before. The waitress was on her cell phone. They were playing some crazy loud music in the back, while the typical restaurant music was playing. And the cooks line you can see from the till was trashed. Really disappointed.

It was good and reasonably priced for a pizza hut, though Im not sure if they ever use their buffet section.

It is not often that we eat at Pizza Hut. It is an ok place, a little hit and miss.
