Just went here to pick up some pizzas I ordered online. I came in a little early to pick up my order. The guy at the door, I believe his name was Tristan, was very nice and told me my order want ready yet. He proceeded to ask me if Id like something to drink and gave me cup for water. I sat and drank my water while I waited. I saw that it was busy so I patiently waited. I didnt have my phone with me so I didnt know what time it was. An employee, Sydney, came up and said that because my order was supposed to be ready at 5, it was 5:25 at the time she spoke with me, that she comped my order entirely. I asked if she was sure. I didnt even notice it had been that long; and I know how the food industry is and how hectic it can be. Every employee was very nice and kind and there food is awesome. If you want to get great pizza with amazing customer service I suggest going here. :)

Papillion; Usually pizza ranch is one of my favorite restuaunts food is good, decently priced, the resturaunt is clean, staff is usually frendly and helpful. But not this time. Ordered. A pizza with Alfredo sauce, they came out with tomato sauce. They didnt even offer to fix it. The waitress said she could bring out a cup of Alfredo and we could use it as a dip! Keep in mind that i am rating this one experience not the whole restuaunt. But my dinner was ruined. On a plus note The manager redeemed his staff and his resturaunt. He replaced my pizza boxed to take home, and even gave us a certificate for a free return visit. Still one of my favorite resturaunts.

Ordered a pizza for the buffet at 7:53, 8:25 I went up to ask the status, was told it was coming out...by the time we left at 8:41 I gave the cashier the table marker back informing her since its been 50 minutes and it never came out , we have to get going. She replied, "Ok, so I guess Ill cancel it".... and that was that.... food was decent, although they ran out of Mac n cheese and all the fork bins were empty. Would not go back to this location in the near future

Worst experience ever. Paid $26 for mashed potatoes and cardboard cheese pizza. Unacceptable. My family was disappointed. The staff didnt even acknowledge it. I asked if they were going to put out chicken, pizza or salad and the guy said he didnt really know. When we came in we asked for a particular Pizza and it never came out until we were walking out. I emailed corporate. Im sure nothing will be made right, oh well, just want people to know.

Happy that they have added the hand sanitizer station! I avoid buffets because I see people lick their fingers then touch the tongs, sneeze in their hands, etc. Heres to hoping those people use this station. The food is always good. I did miss the potato wedges and chips on our last visit, but maybe they rotate them. The staff is always nice and that is something that I really appreciate.

Had dinner there. Great pizza for the easy price. Many options. I recommend going for anyone looking for a bit of everything on a pizza. On a personal note, just wanted to say that their employee Gavin sold my experience tonight. He was very kind and helpful. Will be a returning customer for that experience

We love the Pizza Ranch. Theres something everyone in the family likes and the atmosphere is definitely family friendly. For people who are gluten free like we are, you can order a gluten free pizza and add the salad bar for a couple bucks each.

Not a fan only because I cant eat even half of whats on the menu. Its all meat, which is great, but not for me. Theres some salads and a few vegetarian options by not enough for me to go back. Place was busy though! Good luck to them!

ABSOLUTELY horrible people who work there especially the managers who doesnt care about there customers. I use to work here and the HORROR STORIES I can tell you would BLOW YOUR MIND!! Stay FAR away from this DUMP!!

Good food, just dont order be specialty stuff when you get there! Order ahead! Had to ask for lettuce at the salad bar , the ranch dressing?? Plenty of seating and clean bathrooms as we had little ones to tend to!

Went here to try new places. Paid buffets price for our family. Foods are ok, average. Customer service is great. No waiting for a long time. We havent been back since kids prefer other places for pizza.

Worst chicken I’ve ever had! WAY, WAY over cooked. I couldn’t tell the difference between a thigh and a breast. Absolutely horrible! Not just once, I gave them a second chance. Same both times.

Always great service. They upgraded the salad bar to include things like spinach and not just iceberg. Good pizza and chicken. Once they messed up my order and went overboard trying to fix it.

More variety at this location, and they have an arcade as well. Great for families, i know on Tuesdays kids easy free with every adult buffet purchase. Quality is also better at this location.

Always have good food buffet, will bring out any buffet item that isnt there and are very nice. They recently added a small arcade place but you would never know it was there while you eat.

Good quality pizza buffet; they also have fried chicken and nice desserts. Lots of good pizzas to order as well. Staff is nice too, if busy dealing with all the people that eat here.

Stopped in for lunch on an out west trip. Fantastic pizza and a variety of other foods. Buffet was clean and constantly replenished with fresh food. All was excellent!!
