When we went in to this lousy establishment the tables were dirty and staff was at best slower than turtles. We ordered our food (wings and 2 pizzas) by the time we got half of our order, the wings, it was an hour later. When I ordered I asked for 2 sauces on the side and the wings came all with hot sauce all over the wings and our pizzas werent even ordered let alone being made!! The whole staff needs to be fired and replaced before Ill ever go back there again!! Im only giving 1 star because I have to they dont deserve any!! Go to pizza ranch they are 10 times better and much faster!!

Its the worst service ever takes for ever just to get a drink and they ask you what you want like 10munites after you sit down and dont even have a menu the we got outlr pizza that was half pepperoni and half Italian sausage, and cheese bread sticks, it was horrible I at one piece of pizza and left the rest and when I asked for a manager and told us that they cant tell us that info I will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!!!!!!!

When I was there, I ordered a half-and-half pizza and an order of breadsticks. We were there for an hour, and we didnt receive our pizza until about 50 minutes in. The pizza was NOT hot, the sausage half was colder than the pepperoni half, which was lukewarm. We never received our breadsticks, after an hour of being there. I do not suggest going here. This is not the first time I have had poor service.

Would give less stars if possible orderd food and drinks. Didnt receive drinks for 20 minutes. Watched guy who took order walk around for 10 of them. When a different server came over I asked for our drinks. Only to have her tell us the original server had gone home and didt submit our order so we left.

I havent ordered in like everyone else has, I usually pick up and havent had a bad experience. I mean its Pizza Hut, its like the Taco Bell of pizza places...not the best and not the worst. My only complaint is that the staff seem a bit unprofessional when I speak with them, but what ever.

Fourth of July weekend, they ran out of pizza dough. Spent over two and a half hours waiting for food. I understand this is probably not the typical service that they offer, people we were with said that the service is usually much better, giving them three stars as a benefit of the doubt

I only order online, but the pizza has been great every time. The online interface pizza-builder is pretty top of the line, and the support service for it has worked hard to make sure any errors or issues are resolved.
