I usually love Pizza Hut but the last four times I have ordered from there they messed up on my pizza. The third time I called and complained to the customer service I was told all I could get was a 15$ cr since it was carry out and it was my job to check the pizza before I took it, so I called the store and they gave me my full cr. So when I ordered the next week I used the 15$ cr and the the 2 free pizzas which they made a big deal about it but I still got the pizza. My husband actually ordered it at the restaurant waited brought it home and it was still wrong it was the same mistake as the last time. So we wont be back for awhile which is a shame cause we eat there once a week.

Ordered a hand tossed pizza and received a thin pizza that was not even crispy. I order a month later and the pizza looked as if they poured grease on top. That pizza went in the trash. The quality is not the same as it was years ago. They use to add a good portion of cheese and now it seems as if they throw on a 1/3 cup of cheese on the pizza and now want to charge you for "extra" pizza.

This is the worst pizza hut I have ever been to. On 02/20/2016 my husband ordered pizza at 04:15 and was told it would be ready at 04:35, I arrived at pizza hut at 04:30 and was told it would be a couple more minutes... my food wasnt ready until 05:05! We ordered two pizzas which shouldnt have taken 40 minutes to cook! I will make the 20 minute drive to the next pizza hut.

The food was alright. Years ago, they had an awesome salad bar; dont know what happened to that. The service was very slow, as there were only two workers during the Sunday lunch period. On a better note, the environment was nice enough to sit and visit with friends and family.
