Well I must say, after living in Williston for many years, the service at Pizza Hut Delivery has changed quite a bit. Their building may not be the best, they may not have a sign, but their customer service is getting so much better. I recently went in after a break for a year. They have new management, it seemed up beat and happy and people were very helpful, I was spoken to by 3 employees within a minute of walking in the store. I ordered delivery later last week and the delivery time was shorter, not by a lot, but the food was so much better than before. I can tell they are working hard. I am not upset about the wait time, they got it there in an hour, but you have to look at this town and realized they are understaffed just like everyone else around here and they seem to be handling it a lot better. I am glad I heard from a friend to take a chance again, and I am glad Pizza Hut Delivery did NOT let me down this time.

This must be the worst pizza hut on the planet..... Ordered a pizza for delivery waited an hour and a half before I had to call them back to find out where my order was, when they Informed me the employee entered it as a pick up after taking my address hotel room number and credit card info to pay. They said they would remake the pizza and send it over as soon as it was ready. Another hour later still no pizza, had to call again..... They said it was taking so long because they "Ran out of marinara"... what a lame excuse. Pizza finally showed up an hour and 20 mins after they said they would remake it. It was cold, and of course its pizza hut so it tasted like crap. Dont order from this crap hole.... you will regret it.

Only left 1 star cause none wasnt an option. Ordered online.. Ordered pizza with extra sauce 1 topping and pasta... Pasta was good but the pizza had minimal sauce and extra of the 1 topping which made it very crunchy and dry.. But what really bothered me was when I opened up the bag with the plates and napkins only to stick my finger on 1.5 inch piece of broken glass.. I called and complained and they sent out new plates... Worst customer service soo far... My 2yo could have decided to try and help mommy.... That jagged piece of glass would have cut up his lil hand very fast

Terrible. Weve gone through them before and theyre always late. Today, my boyfriend and I come home from work, not wanting to cook. So we order pizza- TWO hours later, still nothing. They messed up both my phone number and address, and even after they fixed it, half hour later, still nothing. When I called AGAIN, chick had absolutely no idea what was going on. She couldnt answer ANY of my questions.

I have ordered from them before, there service is pretty bad, they tell you 30 min and it shows up a hour and half latter. I ordered today and nothing showed up hour and half latter I called them, some punk on phone being rude in all said sorry where closed and we forgot to do your order. What a joke.

If you want a pizza done the way you ask for it.... Ask for Ray to make it.. Just want to say thanks for always fixing things when and if things go wrong. But you have a 95% rating with me... cause you take care of things.. thanks for all the great pizzas keep up the good work.. God Bless. deni

Normally a good experience...but not today. I ordered online for myself and my fiancee. I ordered a classic stuffed crust pizza and got the grilled cheese stuffed crust pizza. That...is DISGUSTING. Ill be sure to start ordering from Dominos once more...At least they get the order right.
