I have never been so unimpressed with the food that I’ve gotten at a fast food place let alone bww itself. I ordered wings for my boyfriend and I, wedges for him, and spicy fried mushrooms for myself. The price for the mushrooms was $6 plus which took me by surprise a bit being that it was a side and not an appetizer. However, I didn’t see much into it. I just thought that they would be the best mushrooms i’d tasted. As my boyfriend arrived, the food wasn’t ready for pick up. Once it is, he returns home and we got straight to the disbursement of the food. My $7 mushrooms (with tax) were the first thing on my mind and I wish they weren’t. As I open the large box my eyes are drawn to 10 cold fried mushrooms waiting to be eaten. I thought to myself, “you have to be kidding me” but didn’t allow the appearance to cloud my judgement. as I tasted not only the mushrooms, but the 2 new flavors as well, I knew I couldn’t allow this moment to not be shared. I am extremely dissapointed in this food. I waited 10 minutes to receive a cold product that should be far more than warm. Not only that, but if paying $7 for 10 cold mushrooms is a common occurrence, I can’t say that I will ever suggest this business to anyone else.

I came in at 6:30 on a Tuesday night and it was not that busy for a Tuesday night. A light skinned black girl with curly hair which was light brown with blonde streaks was on the phone. There were a lot of waitresses standing around doing nothing while I waited. At the time I was the only person waiting to place and pickup Togo orders. Then two people filled in behind me. When the employee hung up the phone she went to the kitchen to grab another persons food then came to me and said, "pickup?", I proceeded to say I was placing an order then said she was ready when I was and I ordered. She seemed not interested in my or the other customers or her job. Although, almost every other waitress and employee was standing around doing nothing so I can see how she felt. I have yet to receive my order, I will assume the boneless wings and fries will be soggy and not crispy and hot like WingStop. My order was almost $20 for a small boneless wings and small wedges. I will continue to come back because the sauce is delicious but these people working here need to get a grip on life.

Like everyone else said bad service bad management food came out with dry chicken one piece even had a brown spot it had sat so long manager came over offered nothing said what do you want me to do I see bothing wrong with it then when I said can you bring new chicken or something and mind you this is the buffalo mac and cheese so chicken is mixed in with the food at this point but still no offer to remake or take it off and so I asked waitress for some caso to atleast make it tast halfway good and she brings this little 3oz thing which did little so I asked for another and she brings it I then get my bill and was charged for it so after paying I relized this I called manager back over he says I dont know what you want I gave you chicken and you have already paid what do you want me to do now I saw nothing wrong with that food now I brought it home just so I could get picks of it and will post on here if it will let me some how

So this will be our last time to visit the Buffalo Wild Wings in Norman. We ordered a bourbon and water and the servers retort was that there was no house well Bourbons, but proceeded to tell us there was scotch, tequila etc.. We asked the hostess if they had no Bourbon at all and she said yes, Jim Beam etc, but it would cost to buy it.. So then we were ignored for the longest time, and asked for coffee.. Server said there was none made and she would have to make it.. Fine we said.. Then she said "She" had to make it and went on and on about her being the only worker. It was funny she made a trip to all the other tables multiple times to ask if they were fine etc etc. We are easy going people, have money and are never treated this shabbily. Please take your money to one of the local businesses that will work hard for you and not here!!!

Tonight was frustrating and terrible. Waitress was slow, took our order wrong three times, took forever to bring drinks. Some how a side of onion rings and a side of fries turned into a full plate of rings and three fries. Some of the food showed up, some of it took way longer. Had to go to the bar to ask where the drink was because we waited over 20 min for it. After asking twice to fix the ticket it was still wrong and we were over charged almost 15 dollars. I gave up on trying to make any sense of it and wanted to leave but she never brought me a pen to sign the receipt with. All of this and it was a slow night, most of the building was empty. Not sure if I will ever go back here. I would have spoken to a manager but never saw one.

In the time that I was here, I saw 4 accounts of bad service, including myself. I had to wait for over 5 minutes for someone to come to the carry out counter. The person who was helped before me was ignored when her order was wrong. I saw her remove a $10 tip from her bill. Once I was actually helped, the front counter person was super slow and it took a while for my order to be placed. As I was waiting for my food, multiple people came in the door and no one sat them. But the worst was when a person was standing at the pick up counter when the phone rang. A worker went to answer the phone, and the caller hung up. The worker immediately left, ignoring the customer. I use to love this BWW but the service has gone downhill tremendously.

Food was amazing... But customer service was horrible. Worst BWW Ive ever been to when it came to customer service and Ive been to a lot in Oklahoma and Texas. Waitress was actually almost rude, maybe her regulars are use to it but Im not one of them treat me professionally, she had little to no knowledge of the beer actually told us the menu was wrong and they didnt have it, then spelled it out literally as if we couldnt understand English. When I asked the bartender for a cup of water because I couldnt find my waitress... She ran off yelled at the girl that I wanted a cup of water in front of the store and walked off. Still waited 7 minutes for my water while she stood there at the bar looking at me. Horrible.

I would give this location zero stars if that were possible. The last time I came to pick up food, I waited 30 minutes (with no updates as to where my food was) for my order, only for it to come out cold and stale. However, its the only location close to campus so I gave it another chance today. It took 10 minutes before I was helped at the togo desk, a family came in after me and it also took close to 10 minutes for them to be seated (it was not busy). I literally watched through the kitchen door as an employee decided she wanted to finish texting before she came out to help me. She was then very slow and not friendly. Probably wont come back.
