Ordered meals for four people. We stood in front of the cash registers the whole time since there were only two other orders ahead of us. When we inquired about our order sometime later the lady claim to have called our number already. We were six feet away from the cash registers, we saw her grab our order and then put it back on the shelf without a single word. We just thought that was someone elses order at the time. Then when we got our food and sat down we found that only one meal out of four was correct, the simple nachos and cheese. At least they got that right. One blizzard out of three was done correctly. My banana split blizzard was only mixed at the top, maybe a third of the way down. My girlfriends sons Royal Oreo blizzard was missing the fudge in the center. Not happy , I had been on the road for a while in Dallas traffic and had no energy to deal with it. The bathrooms where at least clean.

Does not deserve any stars....RUDE!!My family was excited to eat at DQ. We left disappointed and upset. The young lady taking orders at the drive thru was impatient and rude. We were the only car at the drive thru and you would think that we were bothering her. My boyfriend drove off and we went to Sonic where the cashier was very pleasant. You cant go wrong with DQ, however I will definitely pass on the one in Bowie, TX.

They got my food done in a good amount of time and I ordered a blizzard and gave me the option to get after my meal. When I went to get it , they took no time to get it back to me. Very friendly staff. Overall it was a good visit. My visit was with my senior class and they done a very good job at getting orders out with the amount of people they had to serve.

Worst dining experience ever. Food was gross like it had freezer burn. Management was unfriendly and on the border of rude. They will nickel and dime you making you pay for extra ketchup packets. Total waste of money. I imagine that the only reason this place stays in business is that there is only a few other places to dine out in town.

I really like the food here and the staff is always friendly. Just if you are in the drive-thru sometimes you have to wait more than I like. The food is always hot and good when you get it. I just dont like to wait that long. Not an interminable wait but one to three or four cars at peak busy times.

Disgusting and over priced. Seven dollar burger with dollar menu mcdonalds quality...half decent ice cream...if its plain. I got a sunday the othee day with "chocolate syrup" more like chocolate water. And the service is terrible. Nobody smiles.

The service at this Dairy Queen took 30 minutes... for a fast food restaurant, and the people were kind of rude. The food was pretty standard for a DQ, but Ill go somewhere else to get better service.

The only DQ I know that serves your meal to you and brings coffee refills to the table. Theyre always friendly and the food is good. We go there at least 3 times a week.

Cooks need to wear nets on their hair. I was there 8/5/15 @ 3:30 pm (this is for the manager information) and I got 2 hairs on my burger. Please do something about it.
