I had the worst experience at this waffle house location. I was visiting from out of town. I waited at the take-out register for twenty minutes and no one acknowledged me. Another gentleman who had been waiting complained to the staff and told them that I had been waiting longer that he had. One of the waitresses looked at me and rolled her eyes and then proceeded to take the other gentlemans order instead of mine. The gentleman told the waitress to take my order first because I had been waiting the longest. She had such a nasty attitude that I didnt want her to take my order so I told her to go ahead and take the gentlemans order. I asked the rude waitress for the manager in charge and she rudely said that the manager wasnt there. I then asked for the next person in charge and she said that no one else is in charge. I hated the experience there and something must be done to hold the staff accountable for their rude behavior.

Very dissappointing experience. The only thing professional about this place was the hostess and the table cleaner. Employees standing around, orders not being called out no smiling faces , being rude to one another in the presence of customers.When our cups where brought for coffee my wife HAD to ask for one without the lipstick ! My eggs where cold grits had big lumps , my wife didnt get her order till 10 mins after mine how long does it take to cook 2 boiled eggs the had 11 ppl in a 100 sq ft area wasting time and space. I feel sorry for the caucasion lady that took our order she was trying to get things inorder BUT she left crying right behind us they where messing with her bad WE saw everything. I left her a tip.....I bet she didnt get it !

Las personas que trabajan aqui son demaciado lentas me llevaron la cuenta antes de que me pidieran la orden por favor y me dijo el mesero sorry y pense que iva a ser mejor espere mi orden por mas de 30 minutos pedi cafe 4 veces y no me lo sirvieron hasta que me levante. Solo tienen 10 mesas y no dan abasto las 15 personas que trabajan aqui LENTAS Y MALACARAS

Server skipped us, took other orders of people who were there after me, no refill on coffee and when I asked to exchange it for a tea, I was told there is a charge. Called and spoke to what was said to be the District Manager Jerry, and he acted as if he could care less about my awful experience. I had a toddler and Its hard to tend to a crying child whos hungry so for her to pass us up to tend to others was just plain bad guest service. Last time I was there I found a hair in my eggs. Wont be back.

I LOVE this waffle house. Ive been going to Waffle Houses since I was little and I appreciate the honest service. The way everyone works together, communicate, and in the midst of a busy lunch hour STILL find time LAUGH. The energy is contagious. They ask my name and call me by it. All this while theyre SLAMMED with customers. You dont go to waffle house because its high end. You go because real people, showing love, and making food. Im always pleased at this location. GOOD PEOPLE!

This was the most nasty waffle house I have ever been too. We were visiting from out of town and waited over 30 min no one acknowledged us and I an sure it was because we were white other people of a different color were served immediately. The building was gross I am glad we left without getting to order so we could take our business to a nicer waffle house. If you are white dont bother stopping you wont receive service.

Despicable service. On multiple occasions Ive visited this location and they fail to assist me. I go due to the convenience of it being down the street from my house but from this day forward Ill drive across town just for the service alone. The food when I did eat it was decent but not worth the wait or service. Fix this issue. Ive walked out without anyone saying a word to me on at least 4 occasions. No exaggeration.

I know every waffle house isnt the same and it was rush hour also. But I was okay with the egg. It wasnt the way I really wanted. The toast they had to replace it more than once because it was burnt. I just didnt eat it. I stop asking for it. The waffles came out fine. I was okay with that. I only give it a two star because of the waffle.

When you eat there the food is good and the service is good but when you call in to make a to go order they barely answer the phone or put you on hold for a long time now I know they are a busy place put not all the time its this happens every time I call in my order!

Pork chops were excellent. Service was poor. I had to ask for a server after 5 minutes. Requested jelly for toast. Served steak and then 4 minutes later served grits, eggs and toast. Next time I will drive to Plano on Spring Valley. Service is worth drive.

The staff has always been nice and professional with me and Ive eaten there once a week for the last year and a half. Occasionally it takes awhile to answer the phone but its one of the busiest if not the busiest waffle house in the metroplex.

Im new to the Waffle House scene. Whether youre starving or just need a little bite, there are so many choices. This location is very, very small and on weekends the wait can be quite long. Apparently, it is worth it because I wait each time.

The floor is usually wet from being mopped so watch your step. Has a jukebox for tunes and if you order just a waffle theyll prepare it super quickly. Also it appears very busy in the mornings.

I always enjoy stopping in at a Waffle House and this one did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and the food was classic. I will make it a point to stop into this one again.

Never answer the phone, called multiple times while inside and they never budge to answer it, food is below average but great on drunken nights when you live across the street

Great wait staff and the waffles are great.I come in here with my kids once a week waitress already knows our orders. Inside tip always tip regular staff generously!
