Came to this location due to my mom flying into Dallas for the night due to work. Walked in and the hostess had a very short attitude but we ignored her and I let her know that we needed a table for 4, 2 adults and 2 small kids. The first thing that came out of her mouth was asking us did we want to sit at the bar.... wait what? Now mind you it was not crowded a few families here and there but not crowded. So there were plenty of seats available. So I told her NO I dont want to sit at a bar with my children....she then proceeds to say well ill see what we have available. So we sit and WAIT for a good 15 minutes. So this older guy and his family walks in and he tells her he needs a table for 4. As soon as those words left his mouth he was seated. Now mind you besides my family and I there was an older lady and her daughter who were there before us and a larger party who walked In a little before us. So One of the women loses it and starts yelling are you serious we have all been waiting for a table and they just got here and they are being seated before us. When I say the hostess showed no sympathy...she showed not one ounce. She had this irritated look on her face like she could care less about what we have going on. So the manager walks up and asked whats going on? The lady is now furious and explains the situation to him he apologizes and turns to the host. she proceeds to tell him there arent any tables left.... so he looks at the seating chart and ask her how arent there any tables left we are practically empty. She doesnt respond. All in all I would say the hostess was racist. When a African American or Caucasian person spoke with her she had an attitude but when a Hispanic person spoke with her she was all smiles and giggles. If What she did was ok with Olive Garden Im never patronizing the company EVER. Get rid of her.

Worst location in all of DFW! We made a reservation for a large party to celebrate what could possibly be my Mothers last birthday(end stage Alzheimers) and all parties were there but we had to wait 30 mins to be seated because they didnt get the table ready. I was told a majority of the party had to be there and 10 of 15 were present. My Dad went to see what the hold up was and the waitstaff told him it was up to the hostess whether we could be seated with 10 people. That is not what I was told over the phone. So when the hostess and the waitstaff got their sh** straight we finally got seated. The first question was "will this be together or seperate checks." How about taking our drink order first! I beckoned the waiter over to let him know that my parents do not like a lot of ice and my Dad will want tea and give my Mom water. He ignored me and told me he would ask each person...dude I was trying to save you the hassle but ok...do it your way and incur the rath of a cranky old guy! So, everyone ordered but they brought double of items no one ordered. Not sure how that happened. Luckily the server delivering the food made sure we were not charged for the additional food items. Back to the split check question...why ask this when you have the table kiosk that allows you to bypass the annoyingly slow server and pay right there? It even allows you to split items yourself without the assistance of a server. Olive Garden may want to invest in total robot technology because they certainly arent investing in training their staff in food service or customer service. Not sure how they have remained in business all these years especially with the bland flavors they keep putting out! If you want great service and good food, go somewhere else!

Me and a co-worker have come to eat for lunch twice and both times we were seated in the same section with the same waitress. Both times were less than average. I didnt even tip the second time. I always tip, even when the service isnt so great but the second time was just horrible service. I know sometimes the wait staff take carp for things the cook might forget or mess up but when you forget what we ordered, put the order in late because your forgot or just dont remember about our table to bring our change, thats on the wait staff. Ive had great service in the past when bringing my daughter for lunch. Same time just a different section and waiter. We let management know and he did try and offer a complimentary meal but we were so late going back to work because of all the forgetful things by out waitress that we kindly declined. I suggest staying away from that first section on the left side with the booths on the right during lunch m-f. I even drew a map on where to steer clear. (Sorry crappy drawing, but you get the gist)

I go here regularly and I am always treated great, but tonight our waiter made us feel terrible she made faces when we ordered water and when we asked for plates to share with our kids 6 and 2 years old she acted as if we werent going to spend enough money to make it worth her while...Little does she know that I also work in the food industry...And love putting a smile in peoples faces especially when we are treated with respect. And when a SERVER genuinely serves...My poor wife didnt even want to finish her food she felt so offended...If you are server you have to remember you have to make guests feel pleasant and comfortable.

I love this place! A sweet and smooth bottle of Chardonnay, a roast chicken that was moist with a great crispy skin, delicious potatoes, a good portion green salad and an absolutely delicious creme brûlée. Our waitress was helpful, friendly and attentive. The place is beautiful and this is definitely a good date night restaurant. The menu is on an iPad, the lighting and decor is very modern and the experience is just overall very pleasant. I will definitely be back to try their sushi.

Terrible. Took almost 10 minutes to get a server after requesting a server on the tabletop device. We never were brought menus or silverware and never had our drinks refilled. My dipping sauce was brought without the bread which took almost 10 minutes to get. Lastly, we noticed the manager greeting other tables but skipped ours. What is so interesting is that I worked for an Olive Garden in my early twenties and remember that our entire restaurant gave much better service!
