Horrible food and working there is not advised. They grind you to the bone and when your hands break out from the dish detergent they tell you too "suck it up" Sorry, my hands are bleeding from the cracks in my skin..piss off. So in short an inside look 1. Sometimes the chow main noodles have mold in them and we were told to serve them. I threw them out because I genuinely care about the customers and I WILL NOT serve what I wont eat. Almost got written up for that even though I told the manager they were moldy and I was not serving them 2. Management were all over the wall about policy. One day we have big containers to have all the days as and seasoning for the food and the next they are like "hey use small container is better that way (verbatim) 3. Massive disconnect between corporate and the on-the-ground in store activities and lacking if general communication skills (unless you speak Vietnamese or Mandarin) 4. The staff makes fun of customers.I understand working in the service industry you deal with a bunch of irate customers but you do service with a smile and shut your damn mouth. All in all Im not surprised at the negative reviews and everyone here has a right to sound off here and I dont blame them at all. I worked from October 2015 to January of this year and to anyone that was served in that time frame by me I apologize for the horrible service received.

Absolutely the worst panda express I have ever eaten. Orange chicken tasted and smelled like industrial cleaner. The adult manager asked an employee to see what I needed and I told her I wanted to speak to a manager. He didnt talk to me and instead had the teenage "shift leader" talk to me about the problem. She told him what the problem was, he tasted the orange chicken that was on the line and then went about his business. Never once spoke to me or addresses my concern. The young lady offered the excuse that it was the vinegar that made it taste and smell that way. Ummm nope!! Got a refund and will never go back.

Currently, there is a chair sitting in the middle of the entrance of the drive through lane with the sign written on it faintly in what I think is pen or invisible ink. Going inside to get my one order of racoons, it was like watching a slow motion movie where one slug employee helped one person down the slug line why eight other customers waited patiently to get some s***** Chinese food. After 10 minutes I left, one star for comedy.

The service is a catastrophe unless served by a kid. Ive gotten food poisoning every time Ive eaten here since 2014. If youre wondering, I dont eat at any Panda that often. I visited maybe 4 times in 2015 which is two times less than 2014. Damn shame; Panda used to be my favorite take out. Not worth the time, energy or money required. For Granbury, Asian Grill is the only Asian place for take out now.

Staff was rude...food was not cooked on line...after waiting 10 mins for food to be made I had to go ask for it...to be laughed at...as the other worker walked off paying no mind to me..was never asked for cup side or told price for meal..card was just ripped from hand...will not return...rice also was not cooked all the way an hurt teeth

Most times I get great food & service at this location. The only negative experience Ive had pertained to the attitude of one employee taking my order & payment, & delivering my order. That having been an isolated incident, & the fact that all other experiences (both food & service) have been excellent, Ill be returning again soon!

I thought Id found the key to great food here, just go at lunchtime...however, I just got home and was given the wrong food all the way around. Instead of a plate, they gave me some kind of bowl, which I never order. Very displeased. Now, Ill feel that I have to check the order while at the window from now on, which I hate.

There was hair in my food and the lady that helped me did not want to give me a refund. Instead she wanted to make me a new plate. Why would I want to eat food that has been contaminated? I will not be coming back. They didnt even have adequate change. They gave me more back than I should have. Just really unsatisfying.

Worst Panda express I have ever been too, they never have food ready and on the 4th of July they closed at 5:45 with no signs saying they were closing early on the holiday. These guys have run out of chances with me. The owner of the franchise is to blame as he/she has let mediocrity run rampant.

Its been about two years since the last time eating at a Panda Express. Guess itll be another couple of years. Food wasnt fresh. Had to wait for a refill on one of our entrees, only to get one or two actual pieces of meat.

Hours on the door clearly say they close at 9:30 PM. Walked up at 9:00 PM and doors were locked, employees just stared at us standing there while they were cleaning up food early. Horrible customer service.

Took a girl here to eat before a movie, and while the food was ok, there were three people working that day and the old lady at the counter was irritated and snippy. Unpleasant experience.
