I told the waitress when I arrived that I was mainly there for their delicious salads. She told me I had to order food; I guess the salad-and-bread-sticks special is for lunch only. No problem. I ordered some food, after dodging the continuous up-selling which is unfortunately a prominent part of the Olive Garden experience. I certainly didnt get much salad, and it was very old. I asked for a refill while I waited for my food, but it never arrived. My food arrived long before that of the family next to me. I felt sorry for them. And I hardly got the dinner portion; it was like the kiddie plate. Im not sure what was going on in the kitchen. The waitress was nowhere to be found after my food arrived. I never got any more salad, or even tea for that matter. I guess its just as well about the salad, because I was sick as a dog a couple of hours after getting home. The long and short of it that I expected to drop by before dinner time and have a salad and leave a decent tip and get out of there for a little over $10. Turns out I spent $20 and was less than satisfied. -------------- By the way, their web site says that "Unlimited Soup, Salad, and Bread Stick" is $10.99 for dinner. So Im even less happy about the whole deal now, since they managed to almost double my expenditure, which seems to be their specialty there.

Horrible Service! Today on Mothers Day we arrive and I gave my name and specifically requested a table--NOT A BOOTH--I made that request in detail to the lady taking names and handing out the buzzers. After a 30 minute wait at about 2:30 in the afternoon we called up and the girl says we have your booth ready! I stated I asked for a booth, the hostess says we only have booths available or you can wait some more. So my wife and I asked if we could just put a chair at the end of the table and my wife and daughter could sit in the booth. NO CAN NOT DO THAT WE HAVE RULES! I was really put off by the attitude of tough take it our leave it! That upset my wife and then she just wanted to leave! We need and went to Romanos Macaroni Grill on Great Hills SO MUCH BETTER! WAIT STAFF SO MUCH MORE FRIENDLY, AND THEY PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR REQUESTS AND NEEDS! OLIVE GARDEN STINKS!

I know this is a chain, but how can you go wrong with very fair prices and such a nice restaurant with many options. As you enter the restaurant it feels so spacious and new. Its very clean and the owner seems to welcome every visitor. They even have new options on their summer menu which are delicious. This is a nice place where you can either bring your kids and not feel bad that you are bombarding some adult party or bring your adult friends and not feel suffocated by the children around. This was one of the Olive Gardens where I didnt really feel it was Olive Garden, beside the bread and salad, which I really like. The waitstaff didnt push wine on me and it seemed like she would only visit us when we needed her and was never missing when we wanted something. Nice place in a nice location, Ill be visiting again.

How can I not rate this restaurant as the very best? For every one of my past 14+ birthdays, at least since I was 5, I have gone to Olive Garden to celebrate with family and friends. Every time we go, my parents joke that we mustve memorized the menu by now (and I guess we basically have). The breadsticks are famously unbeatable and replenishing, the Eggplant Parmagiana (my personal favorite) is fantastic nearly every time, and even the end-of-dinner chocolates are a wonderful addition to the meal. I may be a bit partial, seeing as Ive basically grown up in various Olive Gardens throughout the years, but its undoubtedly a fantastic place to eat, for a special occasion or just a spur-of-the-moment casual dinner.

Just had one of the worst experiences ever at Olive Garden off Pecan Park and Hwy 620. AC has been out there for almost a month. Dealt with sitting in the bar with a fan on us. That was probably the best part. The waiter was very non chalant and not really interested in serving us. Took forever to get our meal. Then the to go order we were never asked what drinks or other items wanted with the kids meals. Charged us for drinks but never asked what they were. Then we asked the waiter to get the drinks he brought Dr. Pepper with out the the Dr Pepper just fizz water. No thank you for coming, please come back and see us not even the chocolates. Think we will not go there for awhile

HORRIBLE customer service. There was an open booth in the bar area so we sat down (we were told that there was an open booth) A woman that works there came over to us and literally started screaming. "I put menus down because a family took their child to the bathroom!! Cant you see the menus?! This booth is taken." She was a short Vietnamese woman maybe, who didnt speak the best English. We said ok we didnt know and she kept yelling over and over that she put menus down for this family. Even as we walked away she was still yelling. We left the restaurant after that. I wont be back. She made it a terrible and awkward experience. The hostess had something up her butt as well.

The food was fresh and their specialties for the season usually are delicious! My family and I went to this location several times and had a great dining experience everytime! Our server this time, Adrianna first and foremost was excellent and highly attentive. One of her team members Alexis was also great and attentive! Throughout the dining experience Manager Melvin was checking with us making sure everything was good. This was our first time meeting Adrianna and Alexis but Melvin we have met on several occasions we appreciated his consistency with making sure the restaurant was running smoothly.

I dont understand why people like Olive Garden so much. Its honestly a pretty low-quality restaurant. The noodles arent cooked al-dente (theyre mushy and soft), their sauces arent flavorful, and their meat is dry and lean. I went here for the unlimited pasta bowl, and every time Id get pasta with the shrimp fritta, Id get a heaping bowl of carbohydrates along with exactly five (5) pieces of dry shrimp the size of an adult thumb. Its honestly pretty pathetic. The only thing I can rave about is the service. Our waitress was attentive and made frequent visits to make sure I always had food on my table.

Hadnt been to Olive Garden forever. Decided to go for my birthday dinner. Tried to order several different adult beverages. Was told over and over that they didnt have, didnt know how to make it or were out of the ingredients. Ordered an appetizer for my dinner. Told the waitress I knew it didnt come with a salad but wanted one anyway. She was completely rude and told me I would be charged. I explained that yes i knew that but wanted one anyway. Fourth time of telling me she couldnt fill my drink order I had enough. Wont be going there again. Corinos is so much better!
