The first time we went there I didnt want a drink told the mananger we were going to share . He said no sharing he gave me a glass and said drink water. Second time we were going to go get our plated and the girls were horsing around and he screamed at them and said STOP RUNNING". so he did it again "STOP RUNNING" they were not running. So we were finished and one of our girls came back from the game room and HE SCREAMED AGAIN over the buffett STOP RUNNING " I had had enough . I told him we would never come back. He said maam we have old people come in here and I said "What do you think I am" So he said Im sorry if I offended you. He had no right to scream at mine or any ones children. Also the Ranch dressing was thin and tasted like they had added water to it. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Es como las 8:32pm y llego con mi familia y me dicen que Ya esta cerrado a pesar de que en la entrada dice que Cierran a las 9:00pm no se si por ser Hispanic o que pero yo creo que deverian de cambiar su horario en su Puerta de entrada

Horrible!!! The pasta and sauces were ice cold. When I asked when the mgr would be in a young bimbo who looked about 20 said she was the manager. When I asked where the older guy was she informed me he was the owner. I told her their pasta and sauces were going to give someone food poisoning. She told me "Oh well". Salad bar was dirty. Who ever cut the bell peppers didnt even have the brains to take the seeds and membrane out. Eat there at your own risk.

First time in a long time that I have to a Cicis. This price has gone up a little but quality has improved too. Staff at this location seem to be very well train and nice. And this location is clean. Been to better pizza buffets but for the price it is very good. Definitely will start considering Cicis the next time I get hungry for pizza.

I would give 5 stars, but trays had food particles and a plate had sauce on it and that supposed to be ran though the washer ?? They need to check for cleanliness, when I have to point something out to the manager that doesnt look right , especially when its the customer .........try a little harder. ....

I ate here today, everything was fine until I got back to my table after a trip to the buffet. While I was away from the table the wait staff here decided to leave other customers dirty dishes at my table. I went to Keith, the manager and he just laughed. I would highly re commend people not eat here.

I was so surprised at how friendly the staff is! The restraunt was clean, the food was so much better than my local cicis. I never write reviews, so the fact im writing this at all is saying something. The white-haired man working the counter tonight deserves a raise for his wonderful attitude.

My wife and I sat down to eat , I tried a bite of each of my pieces of pizzas, each as bad as the next. We had been seated about 5 minutes before getting up and asking for a refund which the manager rudely refused. Stay away, the most awful cicis location Ive ever been too.

You can tell the difference between a franchise owner who cares about their business and a corporate store. The man who owns this location cares for his customers and his business. Im glad hes local! He keeps the pies fresh and always has the right stuff out.

For cheap food good choice . for good food bad choice. Customer service terrible. Total was 17.02 i gave $20 i had to walk to my car for 2 pennies. Two pennies!! First time here and i wont be back ! Good luck to the next.

Not much of the selection was fresh. Really dont like it when buffets wait till food is gone to put out fresh stuff, because then youre forced to eat old dry stuff. Staff was very friendly though.

Dont try to go easy after 8pm they will not let you dine in unless if you do it fast....only carry out. They want to be out by 9pm. Other than that its Good But that really ruins it.....
