The food is really good, but if you are not dieting the portions are far too small, even when I was dieting these portions would be too small. Their pricing point does them in. $14 for a large portion of cold food which retains the convenience of not fully preparing it, with all the inconveneice of still having to get involved in your own kitchen and paying restaurant prices. I think it has limited appeal to make cooking at home easier which is negated by having to go out and get it in addition to high prices. For $15 you can get Taco Heads or go to Reatta and be server food completely equal in quality to snap kitchen without having to eat it reheated food. If you want take home and reheat you can get more variety and better price points/portions at Whole Foods. They should become more competive with pricing, offer delivery, or a non diet portion of food to better appeal to the average market share. Again, great food; but your going to pay a lot for a little.
