Woefully understaffed and unprepared...Only had a couple of people working and a reasonably steady business (though admittedly it was later in evening and in the 20s outside). Didnt have enough food prepared. Had to give one customer two regular size subs because they didnt have bread thawed for the large sub. Took quite awhile to get food. Food quality was good, though.

Clean location with friendly staff. The manager is really nice. The food was great too. If you go during busy hours expect a wait because they make everything fresh. Besides, its worth the wait.
