You people need to liisten MORE! When I place my order and speak clearly, please listen!!! STOP suggestiing stuff I do not want and then put it on my sub anyways cause its in your mind to do it as you are making my sub! People have food allergies!!!! YOUR GONNA KILL SOMEONE! I have to practically get rude when placiing my order each and every time. LISTEN! I will tell you what I want on my sub! THEN freakin remember it for 3 seconds as you make it! How complicated is this really to do?! So sick of this crap and its every single sub shop that does this! If I wanted onions, I would tell you I wanted them. Then I get all the way back to my office to find the sub made wrong. UGH!

Always great and always fresh. I dont think I have ever had a bad sandwich from T-Cloud! Over the many years I have had the pleasure to create quite the variety of sandwiches. The employees are always fun with generally good taste in music and have good suggestions to throw on to create that great taste you were looking for. If your stuck on what you want to create next, why not go for a meatball sub with provolone, banana peppers and parmesan to top it off. Enjoy, newcomers and of course my fellow Austinites!!

Went to ThunderCloud to pick up sandwiches for my family, was shocked at how terrible the customer service was on top of the uncleanness. The guy who made our sandwiches was rude the entire time, did not wear gloves, and handled the meat in his hands more than needed. The other worker put his bare hand into the pickle jar. I was so in shock to watch them handle the food and money with total disregard to health and safety that I paid for the sandwiches and threw them away when I got home. I wont be going back.

Sorry Thundercloud, the quality your sub has been cheapened. Had a tuna sub and noticed that the tuna was swimming in mayo. The server said she was instructed to add more mayo in the mix thereby cutting the cost of the tuna. Not only that, but with a 12" sub, they use only 2 small scoops, not 3. What you end up with is a wish sandwich: 2 pieces of bread that you wish had more tuna! Compare and contrast with Subway that just moved from Randalls to HEB shopping center in Lakeway.

Came in on a late lunch. A larger black woman and am employee as well as the manager were cussin at eachother for about a solid 30 minutes. The manager actually called her a "stupid uneducated nigger always coming into my store being bitchy". Will prob have to go to the other one. Sucks for the kids listening to all that.

Im sorry but this restaurant is pretty disgusting. Very dirty. Nobody uses gloves while preparing food during which they accept customers money and use the FILTHY cash register. The restaurant as whole is very unclean. I will never return.
