I eat at a Subway around the Metroplex every now and then and I have never had a problem until now. My wife ordered the turkey on Italian wheat from the Little Elm location on 2/22/16. She said that it tasted old. That night she became very sick and threw up for two days with food poisoning. No other person on our family became sick and that is how we new that it was not a virus. We will not go back!

I showed up at 9:05 pm on a saturday night and they had the doors locked....One employee was on the phone telling me they were closed when store hrs posted said 10pm. The employees were rude and laughing through the window at me. This location is run by a bunch of young lazy kids that would rather go out and play then do their job.

Not wowed. Lady who made my sandwich seemed to run out of ingredients in her hand before she got to the end of my foot-long. I had to ask her 3 different times for more of a topping because one half of my sandwich would have been without. Reasonable priced subs.

Took my girls here for dinner. The lady who prepared our sandwiches was rude, and sloppy. After she was done she through our sandwiches at me. No sense in saying anything BC I highly doubt anything will be done. Never again!!!

Very rude service. Entire staff not very friendly. Food didnt taste as fresh as other Subways I eat throughout the week. Seemed like the proportions of meat were very skimpy. Cookies even tasted a day old. Never again.
