Its a hit or miss honestly. We come every Wednesday for dessert and somehow we never get what we want. Two weeks ago, we wanted waffle cone sundaes, took them a while to tell us they were out of waffle cones. I get it, things happen. Last night we ordered two desserts with banana then wait about 5-10 minutes to find out theyre out of banana. Then our snickers sundae came with no snickers, I got no spoon with my sundae, we ordered a limeade and got lemonade. I mean, I only wish they were a bit more proactive. If they know theyre low on certain items, be sure youre ready to tell your guest at the moment they order. I work in the service industry, this isnt a hard concept to grasp. We used to look forward to coming to sonic every week, now its always "Well, lets hope we get it right tonight."

Ordered a Wacky Pack, 2 Corn Dogs, Med Fries & DP. Food came in 10 minutes.. Not bad. I asked if ketchup and mustard were in the bag.. She said I can get you mustard.. But I have ketchup as she handed me 3 packets. I asked for a little more ketchup, a since she was going to get mustard anyway. She said sure, Ill be right back. This was at 6:34pm..by 6:49 I pushed the button to ask where our mustard and ketchup were.. By 6:56pm I was pulling out with no mustard or ketchup or answer from my pushed button. As I drove away with my window down I heard her come back over the speaker.

I have given this place chance after chance. Always love the food but the service is the worst. They are too busy rushing and playing. When the girl comes to the window to tell me they are fixing my order that they messed up completely, she has the nerve to say the F word with the window open. And that is after the first girl at the window could not get my order correct. They definitely need to change the staff and apparently the management for allowing the service they provide. I will be more than happy to go into details if needed

Just came up there to get food between 9:40am -9:50 am . I orders 2 burgers and one of them WITHOUT tomatoes !! Of course they put tomatoes on my burger. So I called the store to speak to the manager and I heard her ask another person "did you put tomatoes on that burger" and the other person says "no" Why would I waist my time to call up here and lie about it ?!?! She didnt nothing for me but say she can reprint my ticket.. I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE.

So Asha can not take an order . First let me start off the speaker is way TOO loud . It was so annoying . We order our food. She messed up a simple order. 2 number 7s the only difference was the drinks on the combos . She only rings up one combo.!!! Asked for ketchup. Didnt get it. Then had to do a second order just to get my husbands food . No customer service . And heres a hint if you THINK you got a order wrong ask again.

I visited this location several times in July 2017. I was on a mission trip with a childrens group. We would stop by for drinks and debrief our day. We ended up arriving about an hour before happy hour would start. I called ahead, and they agreed to give us the happy hour discount for our group. We ordered about 15 drinks each time, but service was still quick and friendly.

I simply come here only to get a Sprite with watermelon added. How the time Ive gotten my order has varied from 30 seconds up to 10 minutes on certain occasions has me puzzled. Then they get the order wrong sometimes as well, giving me the wrong flavor.

I ordered the new clubhouse tea...the carhop could not figure out how to get that in the system. It took 15 minutes for her to just put see associate on the order. The order was correct. But after the going back and forth I didnt want it anymore.

Worst service ever! Im sick on mothers day so my friend gets me an ultimate chicken sandwich and comes home with a burger. Not to mention they over charged him and did not apologize for the mistake. Will never ever go back. Ever.

Drive thru only after 10. No signs tell you. They just let you figure it out on your own. Been in line now for over 20 min. Theres no excuse for a fast food restaurant to be having 30 min drive thru lines .
