I live very close to this Sonic and have thus been here quite a few times. On the whole, they tend to be fast, friendly, and accurate. I dont think theyve ever given me the wrong item or left an item out of my order. However, sometimes, seemingly randomly, a visit during what should be a slow time for them takes significantly longer than I expect. I have several ideas as to why this may be, none of which are really their fault. It may be that this is typical for the items I ordered at the time that I ordered them at any Sonic. Benefit of the doubt gets them 5 stars. Best Sonic in my area.

The service is horrable the staff is lazy! The Food is tossed into the bag NOT placed nothing is great about this location. Staff needs to learn people skills they are not there to just deliver food to the people the are the FACE OF YOUR STORE! I will not be going back I have been there more than five times since I have moved to the area and ever time they mess up the order. If I was you I would go to the NEW IN & Out burger in fisco,tx WORTH THE DRIVE AND FOOD AND SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING!!

This sonic is a joke if they think that the cheesy bacon pretzel dog with grilled onions that they served me [pic provided] is acceptable! They didnt even TRY. The pretzel bun was burned. The bacon and onions were just thrown on with a tad of drizzled cheese. The first time i had this pretzel dog was at a diff sonic and it tasted much better, it was so cheesy and looked exactly like the advertisement. It was fantastic. This place? Not so much...

The owner is disrespectful and will ban anyone for not writing a good report for them. In my attempt to help and point out some flaws in their system for improvement i was told by employees that i ill be arrested on the spot for showing up, this all for a comment on their website where they ask for us (the people) to tell them how our visits were.

I stopped there for a slush, asked if they have an iced tea slush. ended up getting one thinking its actual tea but turned out to be syrup that tasted like syrup. thats it just syrup. Asked if I can exchange it for something else and got a pineapple slush that tasted even worse than the first.

Yesterday we went to go get drinks and the coke tasted funny. Later at night my brother and my sister puked. Then the next day my whole family got sick. (The ones who had soda) I always loved sonic, but this gave me a stomach virus. Please clean your machines if you want happy customers.

I ordered a simple soft drink and waited ten minutes while watching the girls just giggling and playing through the window. This sonic use to be great, they took forever getting everybody orders out. I just left, never got my drink.

It says on google every night they are open till 12am.... Been twice at 11pm and its dark and closed. Change the times online or follow what it says.
