Save your money and spare your taste buds! This is actually just a sister restaurant to the "Egg & I" company. It has a great re-do of the interior but that is where the pleasantries stop. My husband and I were seated fairly quickly. The waitress was Lovely and bright. She answered our questions about the company and how long the location has been open. We ordered coffees and 1 orange juice... Our course was barbacoa toast, elevated egg sandwich and heirloom tomato burrata toast and one bowl tomato bisque. The barboacoa toast was lacking in most ingredients listed to come with it. No avocado, hollandaise or fresh cilantro to be seen. The meat was overly seasoned and obscenely salty! "Elevated" egg sandwich, where to begin? A basic over sized hamburger bun they are dubbing a brioche bun :( . Very little gruyere cheese, hardly any avocado and the arugula unseasoned. I got mixed greens instead of potatoes, it looked like they had just reached in a pre mix bag from walmart took a palm full and dropped it on the plate. To add to my disappointment I ordered it as listed, over easy... but the kitchen over did it to hard done. The final straw in destroying any egg sandwich. Heirloom tomato burrata toast was just a very thick piece of multi grain toast topped by cherry tomatoes cut in half. No inventive or tasty seasoning, just something resembling Kraft italian dressing. A ball shaped dollop of burrata cheese on top. The eggs thankfully were cooked appropriately, but lacking any parmesan cheese. Tomato bisque, well.... it is just reconstituted Condensed tomato soup with some oregano strewn on top. Horrible. Just dont. We took the effort to inform our waitress about the ill-prepared food. Just so the kitchen could be aware. At the end we informed the man at the front, he didnt offer his name or extend a hand so, could be a manager, about our unpleasant culinary experience. 》》He said, "I will remove 1 item from your bill" we responded with that is very nice but he doesnt have to... which only gave us an awkward moment because of his sarcastic and uncalled for response of "well, yes, I dont HAVE TO do that" I just ended up saying it was thoughtful to clear the air Please, spare yourself or your loved ones from passé companies trying to look like a small business. The food was not good and the price was not worth it. The sarcasm from management is unneeded. All in all, Just say No to First Watch

Ive been driving past this location for a couple weeks, as I just moved to Frisco, thinking to myself "I need to try that place, it looks amazing!". Finally got a morning off of work and went in; unknowingly it was their soft opening today! The staff was very friendly, I spoke with the Regional and General Managers, commending them both on their staffs excellent service and attitude! Ive never been to a First Watch, and after todays visit I will probably be there a couple times each week! I had a skillet and some pancakes that were downright delicious, Ive been to plenty of brunch places; yet none have come close in comparison to this company!! You can tell that everything is fresh and prepared the day of, as Ive worked in restaurants plenty and notice these things. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for a delicious, fresh and friendly breakfast, brunch or lunch cafe!

Edit: Dropping a star from my review. My son was with me here and ordered their hamwich from the kids menu. He complained that the cheese tasted funny, but it seemed fine to me. He only ate half his sandwich, so I brought the other half to work with me the next day. Took a bite and realized it had mayo on it. There was no mention of mayo on the menu, and I realize now, that that was what my son was complaining about (he really does not like mayo) Menu should say there is mayo on the sandwich. I had the turkey sausage gravy and biscuits. The gravy was a little bland, but overall wasnt bad. There just wasnt enough of it. There wasnt even enough to completely cover both halves of my biscuit (which was fairly large, and good). The eggs were typical eggs over easy, and the skillet potatoes were OK, but also a little bland. Overall, it was OK, but not worth the price in my opinion.

The wait staff was very friendly and great. The app showed that we were next in line yet the restaurant seated 4 people ahead of us. The food had to go back at least one time as the eggs were NOT fully cook! March 7, 2017 08:18 This is my 2nd time here because I gave this place the benefit of the doubt. The manager was rude the first time and she was rude this time. She gave nasty looks to me when I asked her to have my eggs cook and not RAW on my plate. She also sent out cold toast on every plate in my party. The place is empty so she could have gotten my order right! She is mediocre at best making this place as bad as her! I wont be back again and I will tell everyone I can about how bad this place is! This place has 1 star because I cannot give NO stars!

Sadly it is not the same with former Egg and I we went almosy every monday it was our family thing, eggs are not cooked well the omellet is NOT professional it looks like the one i made at home , scrambled eggs look like the ones i made when i am very lazy. so sad!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because i used to love love love love egg and i for 5 years. Pancakes used to be crispy and fluffy but now i would rather go yo Ihop. I never write reviews but i wrote because they need to know this disappointment and improve. Service is great but chef needs to go back to basics. Chef! Eggs need to be cooked slowly in small flame not it strong flame quickly it ruins it! Bye bye egg and i. I ate for free today but still not going back.

We were seating in our table for a while, without anyone acknowledging us. I even called a young waiter who passed by us, but he completely ignored. Finally, Alyssa came by after we caught her attention, and she did an incredible job. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars, it is because of this matter. This was our first time coming by, and we do plan to be frequent clients as well. Price is mid-high, but if you want to eat good and healthy, its worth it. Customer Service is the business card for any business, especially a brand new one. Just make sure you guys train your young crowd better.

Our waitress was great and the food was delicious. The restrooms however were very dirty, and used womens personal hygiene products on the floor. We politely told the blonde curly haired manager the restroom needed attention and she responded very rudely "we will get to it when we get to it" to which we said we just wanted to let you know and we were again rudely cut off to which she said "we will get to it when we get to it." I understand its a busy Saturday morning but I do not appreciate being spoken to that way. Even on busy days customer service is still important.

Was the only person waiting to be acknowledged at the front and didnt even get a hello. A group of people walked in behind me and I got a glance from the man at the counter and was looked around so he could greet the group of Caucasians behind me, the black guy. A woman from said group had the sense to ask me if I was waiting and felt awful when I told her I hadnt even been acknowledged. Racist assholes didnt get my business, as I left promptly. If youre anything other than white, skip this place because you wont apparently get any damn service.
