I love what a burger. This location is horrible. To be honest I dont really go to whataburger anymore because Of this location. They always mess your order up literally 9/10 times my order is messed up and the lines inside and out are always long. These lines are not long because its a popping place. NO its because the service is so slow. Your better off going to In and Out burger. You might be thinking well its a 15 minutes drive, well not really because buy the time you drive there get the food and drive home you will have completed all of that and if you were at this whataburger youre still be waiting on your food and your order would probably be wrong. So you would need to get out of your car walk inside where he employees ignore you and you wait in and long line inside too. Youve been warned. Ive been living in duncanville for a year and this place cant get it right.

Its Whataburger so we as Texas know its the best. This Whataburger is literally 2 min from me. Unfortunately, for some reason, the line is always really really long and takes FOREVER!!! and its not that its super packed.. They just.. Take a long time. Its pretty hard to go there. I usually go to the one 10 min down the street in Cedar Hill. This one in Duncanville will screw your order up after your 30 min wait in the drive through. Definitely check your order before you leave. I dont know what they do in there but taking 30 min to go through a drive through and still get the order wrong is pretty bad. The management is really nice and theyll take care of you but its still hard to go to this particular location.

People who go here must not understand that its called a "fast food restaurant" where as we manually cook the food. Thats why Whataburger is not like McDonalds where everything is made from a machine. They dont serve breakfast all day which saddens me, which is why it starts at 11PM-11AM. Only reason people complain about the service is because they cook the food, not shove it in a microwave and serve it to customers. People need to learn how to be patient and just chill. You want fast food? GO TO MCD or Jacks. Quit being so ignorant.

Sat for 15 min before they even tooky order. Watched the guy in front of me drive off mad. Im guessing thats why! After waiting forever just to put my order in the lady taking my order was a complete jerk. Bad customer service! Sill sitting here waiting for the food and we just watched another car drove off mad. Wont be back to this location. 6:32pm -teen no line .. especially after people driving off mad. No reason for this! 6-18-2017 Finally got my daughter her kids meal after waiting 30 min and the fries are old and nasty.

Staff has been amazing. This is the first time Ive been here and everyone had been so nice and helpful. Elizabeth took our order and she was all smiles and took my modifications with no problem. We got our food faster than normal, everything was correct and hot. When asked if we wanted ketchup he made sure we had gotten everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Even after we had gotten our food, 2 more people checked in with us to see if we were happy with our food. Ive never felt so taken care of by a fast food chain.

So my family n i vist this location we coming from Joe Pool Lake swimming so you know were hungry. It was a pretty big order $62.67 to be exact. We noticed we had a few mistakes & Byron took care of our order imediantly even when his own team members/employees were complaining about having to fix our order. He got on them for complaining n He got it done no questions asked overall he did a great job. 5 star effort it was Mothers day n it was a great way too end the night thanks Byron !!

The employees at this restaurant DO NOT CARE. Ive never been to a restaurant where the workers decide for you what youre going to eat. But, apparently at this location thats what the employees think they should be doing. Theres no excuse for having my correct order on my receipt and receiving completely different items as if they just threw whatever they had into a bag and handed it off to me with a smile. Whataburger basically stole my money today. Very disappointed.

They do not wear gloves or hair nets and the cashier was extremely unsanitary touching my food after taking my money and walking back and forth dealing with other customers. The attitudes of several employees was rude. They got my order wrong not once or twice but 3 times and then when I corrected them they insisted I produce a receipt that was never given to me to begin with! I will be calling corporate with my complaints

Always terrible at night. Never good service going through the drive thru. Was informed that I could come in for faster service but cant understand whats the difference when we are all customers. My 10 min wait to order turned into me waiting in line for 40 mins. They never came back and the line was long.

At drive thru at 1am, they put me on hold for at least 10min minimum and thats without exaggeration. Then I pull up at the window after they finally took my order. and the manager was laughing with another co-worker having a good old time. I will never come to this restaurant again.

I love variety. Known for its burgers. Other options are chicken burgers or salads. They fajita tacos- Ive had chicken, not sure other meats available. Desserts available are cookies and pies. They also have snacks- vanilla, chocolate, strawberry. Breakfast is available.

Absolutely awful service somebody important needs to get the entire staff including management changed. No customer should have to wait in a drive thru for 30 minutes just because teenage females cant do their job right. Hire people that want to work not socialize.

This place is a joke. I asked a very simple question while ordering through the drive-thru and got an answer with an attitude. When I clarified what I was asking, I got another smart ass answer. I never, ever eat Whataburger, less now will I bother coming back to one.

its sad that I have to drive to cedar hill to get better service at whataburger than the one less than a mile from my house! Worst whataburger in Texas!!!! I wish I can give it no stars! I guarantee the positive reviews on here are probably all fraudulent!

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Spent $30 and only got half of our order. Had to go inside and wait another 10 minutes for the rest to be made. Ugh! This is so close, but may have to drive to the one by the high school.

Everyone has a good attitude in this place but they take forreeeevvvvve4 to get your food out. Waited like 15 minutes on one car -_- . They ALWAYS get my order wrong always. Dont go to this one if you want a good burger.

I love this Whataburger location. The staff is so nice and friendly and the food is always delicious! I live closer to the cedar hill location but I make my way to this one every time! You will not be disappointed!
