Today I experienced VERY, VERY, VERY, poor customer service. I had heard bad things about the fast food restaurant, but since the captain of my daughters step team purchased free food vouchers for the parents of the team I decided to find out for myself and besides the food was free, but everything I was ever told was true. When I walked in I stood at the counter for 4 minutes before anyone even came out from the back. A female came from the back and did not greet me or ask may she help me. I gave her the voucher and she asked what side I wanted with an attitude. Then instead of telling me there would be a wait for fries she just had me stand there and wait. She then brought over the bags and said thank you with a very dry voice. I then asked the other male worker to give me a different a sauce and that I hate talking to ignorant and rude people. I would have not ordered any food if I was actually paying for food from there and top of that it was not all that great. It is sad that people think you have to deal with bad customer service when spending your money.

I waited for over 17 minutes for a 2 piece order---there was ONE car ahead of me in the drive through. I had only tried to eat here once before and the chicken was ok but a bit pricey for what you get. I had waited a LOOOONG time that night also--that time they blamed it on the rain{?}. Not worth your time, go up the street to KFC or even Churchs. Life is way too short to spend it on line waiting for over priced chicken that is merely ok.

I have been here 3 times in the last month. The service is awful. They leave you sitting and wait on other cars and never even address your long wait. I spend an average of 25.00 plus 5.00 tip each visit. Well I was there today and they waited on 3 cars that were there after me. I will not be going back. The least they could do is say why the wait! And my order is never correct.

My wife went up there an orderd food 2 #1 an she only had 3 pieces an i wa missing a biscet,she called up there an he said bring it up here an he wanted to look an see, like if she was lieing or something, i called up there an gave a ear full an he said ill just replace the order for free next time we come in.thanks

I called them ahead of time to order some chicken wing, but when I arrived at the store, they havnt cooked it yet. As you may know, the wings take about 20 minutes to cook. I left without waiting. However, most other time, their food are fair to good and I dont have to wait.

They hide and wont answer the drive through until you wait and say hello a couple times. Then they have an attitude because they are now required to do some work. Happened three times now, this time I just drove off. Good food though, so theres the one star.

This place sucks, I live right up the street not even a 2 min drive and its a 40 min adventure every time. Food is cold after waiting 10 mins to just order. Save your time and money and go somewhere else like CANES hell their chicken is better there too!

Chicken tenders were not cooked all the way. The breading was not even brown, and it was just falling off of bland chicken. All in all it was disappointing.

Slow!!!!! Took over 20 minutes to get through drive through. I think they are short on cooks. I would avoid until that issue is resolved.
