Disappointing. One of the most negative and unorganized places I have ever worked. Owners have no desire to get to know their employees. They dont know how to talk to people and only talk to you when they have something negative to say. Was told stories about them being racist, firing people for no reason and verbally trash talking employees to other employees. These are adults. Staff is all extremely immature and rude. Everyone works by "do as i say, not as i do" and will talk down to you and correct you while the veteran employees constantly make the same mistakes. No cross training and no room for promotion. Owners shut me down whenever I expressed my love for making food look presentable, as well as when I tried to help with catering. Having managed several different places for over the past ten years, I sincerely believe this crew is too stupid or too distracted to realize everything happening in their store. Spend your money somewhere that is ran by nice people.

Normally very good. Come here to eat with coworkers every now and again. Today was a bit off. The Steak and Cheese is my usual go to. Want to try the Turkey Bacon Ranch and New York Steamer subs too. Anyhow, today the flavor was spot on, but some of the steak pieces were a little chewy. Not too off putting to not finish the sub of course. I stress it was tasty. They have that wonderful Coca-Cola Machine that has all the options in the world. Those are always fun. Lastly, the cookies were scrumptious. It took awhile for me to warm up to Firehouse but I think its getting into my regular rotation of quick food stops.

The service was great. I had the hot Italian sub and the meats and bread were also very good. I would have given them 4+ stars, but it was my first time and I didnt know that the Italian dressing is sweet. All I could taste was sugar. I would have much rather had just vinegar and oil. So if you dont like sugar in your Italian dressing, beware. But the sandwich is still 1000 times better than Sub"zero"way!

Feb 8th 2017 I came her with my kids and I usually get great customer service but today there soda machine sprayed orange syrup on my white shirt and the employees I told just looked at me didnt even apologize and laughed when I turned away. Horrible experience with the employees who work here.

I love this place. The staff are incredibly kind and always remember my name and preferences. The food is equally awesome. Puts a dent in hunger after a hard workout at LA Fitness next door. Very filling and tasty.

The associates here are as sweet and friendly as can be and the food is delicious. I highly recommend the Italian sub. I also have a deep appreciation for the thoughtful decór. Its a warm, welcoming environment.
