Customer Service is almost a foreign concept to these emploees. The food is almost always great, but I would NOT recommend going through their drive-thru within two hours of closing time. They invariably run out of dishes and only tell you when at the window to pay after they take your order. They will offer alternatives rather than cooking more of your requested entree unless you insist on waiting for it. In fact, the last two times I had to convince them that I would wait for my food. Cashier was very put out that I wouldnt change my order just because it would have been easier for her. It took 30 mins, but finally received what I had ordered and paid for.

Theyre always out of whatever meat you want and the second meat you choose will be hard (not in a good way ;) ) This place has sucked since day one. Its not a chain wide problem its this place in particular. Dont eat here. You are giving your hard earned cash and in return that keeps perpetuating this inedible problem. I only care because, if you havent noticed, Farmers Branch has a lack of quality places to eat. Force the chain to fix the problem & go to Addison, cause Addison has it going on when it comes to restaurants.

Took 15 minutes for order to be ready. Got a Sprite and it taste like water. Finally got home only to find out we didnt get out order correct. I call the restaurant , explained to cashier what happened and she goes n complains about me in Spanish without realizing I can hear her and understand perfect Spanish. Ill hate to think what they say about customers that dont speak Spanish. If u speak Spanish then its good since odds are you will be able to defend yourself if not.... Im sorry for you.

Right now Im sitting here listening to the two line workers carry on a 10 minute conversation with some guy whos just standing in line not ordering anything. This would explain why my order has been wrong multiple times. The brown rice is also undercooked.

Was told that they were out of forks rather rudely, said alright and sat down with chopsticks. Get up 10 minutes later to refill my drink and there was a restocked container of forks by the machine. Food was decent but horrible customer service.

I love this place... I tried order online but the app wasnt working that well. So I decided to called And a lady picked up but she was so rude on the phone!!! She told me to called later and hanged up. Like WTF!!! Rude!!!

If by any chance you dont speak Spanish do not go to this place. They talk about customers in Spanish so customers wont understand what its been said. Rude In every level. Good thing I speak English and Spanish.
