This was my first experience at waffle house and it was decent. Nothing fancy or special. We accidentally went during their peak time (noon) and it was crazy busy. This tiny building was packed. Luckily we didnt have to wait long to be seated but it took 10 mins for our drinks. Our food was simple: all star breakfast and Texas Philly steak sandwich. Hash browns were very bland. No flavor. Same with the eggs. No flavor. The pecan waffle was good. It was "flat" but its not a Belgium waffle so I didnt expect big and fluffy. The sausage was good but super salty. The sandwich was satisfactory to my boyfriend. The phone was constantly ringing and our waitress even said she didnt want to answer to phone. We also did notice that a table of 4 that came in after us was waited and served A LOT quicker than the two of us. There was loud music but we didnt mind. The food was made in front of is which was neat. My suggestions is to not call and to not going during peak times.

The food was either over done or not done enough. The floor was half swept, there was an area where all the dirt and detritus was congregated, like they left the task before completing it. The windows were full of greasy finger prints. Our waitress was inattentive. And the kitchen was disheveled. Ive been eating at Waffle House for 3 decades, I understand its a greasy spoon type diner. While it has always had a gritty existence, Ive never been so thoroughly disappointed and almost disgusted at what I saw and experienced. This was the second WH Ive been to recently and had a similarly bad experience. I thought it was just the location I regularly visited, which is why I went to this location, but it turns out to be strike 2 against WH. I wonder if a long time manager in the corporate office is no longer present, and all the mice are out to play, so to speak. Save your time and money and find another place to eat.

Horrible service, the employees are rude and angry...I stiod in line waiting to place my order and had to wait until the lady was done washing all the dished in thebsink before she decided to come to the counter. When she comes to the counter...she decides to look past me and collect money from not one but 3 other guests, all paying seperate, who dined in. Once I had explained that I had been standing there before all of them and she was done taking their money, she then proceeded to help another person beside me. Before I got here I tried to call in my order...once I announced I wanted to place my order I was put in hold and I actually drove to the restaurant and walked in and was still on hold. When I asked for corporates number I was told I would get it on the way out, I am disgusted to say the least....

Recently moved to Addison Circle as this is the closest Waffle House to my apartment. Literally called for 30 minutes straight due tl wanting to place a to go order. Craving it that much I decide to just go and place the order there. I get there and wanted to test why my phone call was never picked up. Watched every work ignore the call, and saw one young kid finally pick up and hang up on me. I let it go. The hostess taking names asked if I was placing a to go order, I said yes... She asked me if I could move from her spot next to the door so she can lean against the wall. Addison residents... There are plenty of other businesses serving great breakfast food in the area. As much as I love Waffle House, this specific Waffle House will never get my business. Dont go, youre wasting your time.

The service was horrible. We waited 35 minutes to be seated to just sit there and watch our server tally up bills. After 9 minutes she looked over at me and I gave her a displeased face and came over to take our drink order. My orange juice was warm, with no ice. We ordered our food. She gave us our waffles before anything and she argued with one of the cooks about not making our sausage. The lady washing dishes was flicking soap all over my fiances food and I told her about it. She stopped then did it again. After a total of 45 minutes we were still missing 3 food items. We got up and walked out.

Worst establishment I have ever stepped foot in. It has been over 10 yrs since Ive been here. Worst mistake of the day. Get rid of those loud mouth girls. Grunting upset bc a customer decide to stop in. Wth? Go home if you dont want to invest everything you have to please your customer. I should have paid attention to the signs all around me. The disturbed look on the few peoples faces and the amount of dishes that were left out all over the restaurant. Than the young girl said to me with an attitude. " youre going to have to wait a few minutes ". Waffle House has really fallen off the chart.

the food was good, but our server was HORRIBLE. At first she was nice and took our order, then after when we finish eating and paid. She keep coming to our table to grab all our checks and receipt that we signed and then she grabbed the trash can next to us and started picking out our plates and slamming one top of the other. spilled the left over food on my friend pants and didnt even say sorry. Explain to me when I called the place and ask for the manager. theres no managers? I dont think Im ever going back there.

Worst Waffle House in Dallas! Id rather drive 30 minutes to another Waffle House and eat. If you eat there they forget about your order until you remind them that you still havent received it. Dont ever try and place an order for pick up because they never answer the phone and if they do its after the 10th time you call. Once you do arrive you have to reorder your food because they dont have it and then they still manage to mess ur order up. I dont like this Waffle House because the employees here are sorry!

I HATE this place and the staff here is very RUDE. My order was messed up and I called several times to get my order fixed over but the manager never came to the phone. I also found a piece of hair in my grits #Smdh and the food was ice COLD. Furthermore, the cashier a tall black guy wearing steve urkel glasses had a very nasty attitude with all the customers. I guess he didnt want to be at work. I will NEVER eat here again in my life..these people here are very sad and pathetic.

I went there Sunday and had the worst experience of customer service, the person on my phone got my order wrong, I order two meals with waffles and didnt get syrup. I requested plastic ware and I got one, the manger was mirco managing the people on the grill while the customers are waiting and waiting! Ill never go back there! Then get home to burnt hash browns!

Do NOT come here at any peak times, on weekends it is exaggeratively packed, while late nights are super empty. Its super annoying when they refill watered down soda without pouring it out first, but thats a minor complaint. But if you come here at 10am on Sunday, sorry but youre asking for a 30minute wait and a bad experience.
