I hate to leave bad reviews, especially when it relates to the service in a restaurant since you never know when a waiter/waitress is simply having a bad day. Sadly, this is the second time Ive visited this location and had the same waitress. Shea has shown a consistent lack of service in several ways. When we first arrived, we were not offered drinks, we had to wait until our food was served to even get water, and when the food was served, the eggs were only partially cooked, which was disappointing. Overall, Sheas lack of concern for her customers was upsetting. The place only had 2 other tables to serve, and as we left I noticed that despite her attention to customers, many of the tables were dirty and covered with plates and partially eaten food from the customers who had come and gone before we ever arrived. We will make the drive to the Northgate location from now on, as weve never had a bad experience there.

by far the worst service Ive ever experienced, I wish I could give it no stars. My friend, her daughter and I went to this place on Sunday night, three other families were there at the time. My friends order was wrong, and her daughters order was wrong. Our waitress was the rudest person Ive ever met. She was slamming the trays and utensils everywhere, she kept rolling her eyes at customers and just being a complete jerk. She yelled at the cook several times. When we were ready to pay for our food, my friend told her about her order being wrong, and about her attitute being horrible. Her response was sorry Im working by myself today, she kept on rolling her eyes, and slammed the cash register. Clearly she was unhappy with her job, but there is no need to terrorize the patrons, and the cook. I will never come back to this place. This girl JAREA, is just awful.

I literally gave it a star because I couldnt leave it without one. First of all my food was cold, I had to tell the waitress and they just heated it up..as I was eating, I found a hair on the same plate of food. I told the waitress and they didnt do anything about it..they just said oh and threw it away. When I was going to pay I told the cashier about the incident and she told me she couldnt do anything about it because I had already ate the food. I mean come on, if I wouldve known the hair was in my food do you think I would of ate it? No! Then the manager comes in the conversation and she explained to him and he said "okay, so whats the point?" Never again will I go to that waffle house. Just horrible && unsanitary.

I gave one star only because I had to, to post this. From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in, I got this feeling that these people did not want us there. No one acknowledged the fact that we were there, and I caught the fat ass white guy by he grill staring at us with this really hateful look on his face. Not just from him, but from most of the staff. The only time they spoke was when we got up to leave. A display of true racism.

Reality hit us when we were at IHOP for 25 minutes with no water and no food! We ran across the street and we were welcomed with warm hellos from the staff and excellent food cooked by Danzel. Reality, was an excellent server accommodating us immediately, with an amazing personality! Defiantly the Waffle House I will be coming back to even tho its a bit farther, the staff makes it worth it.

had breakfast waitress made a huge mistake.she wrang up our bill of 13.69 pluse a bill of 413.60 .that was at 1030 am we called at 2 or so after our cards was declined at the dallas zoo.and by the way today is our anniversary.we was going to go to the rangers game.and now its 945 and the manger still havent called us.good service good food bad manger.i want my 413.69 back please.......

Had my h browns scattered and chunked...ham.... got half the amount of ham in it I usually see... manager/cook said it was a normal portion... Ive been eating this same meal for over 20 yes and he tells me Im wrong. ...eggs were slightly undercooked too... and on top of it all jukebox was way too loud was told nothing could be done....ya right.... never coming to this one again ....

Waffle Houses are already pretty small and have limited seating-- you have 6 people waiting to sit and THREE empty tables... with dishes still on them. Youve got 9 people working today-- whyyyyy in the world have you not cleared these tables? No, not just the cups. We waited for 23 minutes before saying "Eff it," and leaving. Nobody spoke when we came in, either.

The food was good like always, but, the place was unsanitary. If you looked over at the workers section there was disgusting stuff all over the floor. Our server barely spoke english but you can tell that she was trying her best to keep us satisfied despite ths slight language barrier

I would recommend the breakfast crew! The lunch crew was less than stellar. They gave me a fork that looked like a murder weapon, there was a hair in my eggs and they forgot the cheese on my hashbrowns. They did remake the order without being a dick about it though.

This place is horrible! The cook was asleep when we came in. That was the sign to turn away. The cook was high and hungover. The restrooms are very poor cleaned. This place needs to shut down for a remodel and new employees. I have pictures!!

I arrived before two other couples they skipped my family of four. Proceeded to set the other couples in a four person booth like we we werent even there. So i politely walked out !! Ill go elsewhere from here on out.

Very nice looks great staff a little dirty but other than tidying up a bit its a great place waffle house is always great especially for their hash browns loaded chunk covered smothered whatever you want

Love, love to come to this Waffle House!! Our waitress Katie is awesome!! She is super friendly and already knows what me and my husband like to eat.
