This restraunt is garbage. I gurantee you, as I worked at a chicken place myself, that the chicken is #1 Not marinated because the chicken is so dry #2 It is not fresh and is left under a warming lamp #3 Overpriced because you can go to KFC or Raising Canes and get chicken OF MUCH HIGHER QUALITY than this joke of a business. You will not get good chicken, I gurantee you, because that is how corporate popeyes tells them how to prepare it. AGAIN- DRY, UNFRESH, AND OVERPRICED **EVERYTIME**. Not good. Try Raising Canes, best chicken chain around. Read the reveiws if you dont beleive me.. The service is equally terrible. They have a broken drive thru speaker, so your repeating your order twice almost every time you come here. This is one of those places where the employees hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. There is an attitude everytime. They dont clean. They dont smile. It is awful. Disgusting excuse of a business.

2 stars because I like Popeyes. But this location, not so much. I pull up in the drive-thru and sit for a couple minutes with no greeting. I finally say "hello?" And I get a snooty, "give me a second." I wait another 3 minutes and finally get my order placed. The girl was not friendly. I start to drive off but checked my bag because I had a feeling something would be wrong. Sure enough, no utensil to eat my mashed potatoes. Am I supposed to use my fingers in the car? I turn around, go inside and ask for a utensil, and the guy looks over at the girl working the drive-thru and laughs. Very funny I guess to have bad customer service... Like I said, I like Popeyes, but their choice of employees is not always the best. Almost everytime I get food from there, somethings missing. Step it up yall.

I just visited this Popeye restaurant on 1917 Wood 15th around 5:30 to have some dinner. I am very upset with the fact my wife went to the restroom and had to clean Shirt off the toilet set to use it, as she is doing so she finds someone did not want use the toilet, however just urinated all over the floor. Needless to say my wifes pants were soaked with urine then transferred to the car set. The help did not seem concerned that the bathrooms are dirty. Its more important for the understaffed restaurant to push food out the door. This restaurant has lost another customer. So now I have an upset wife, my car smells like a urine, wifes clothes need to be dry cleaned and my attitude sucks because of this experience. Once again thank Popeyes for another wonderful experience.

This could have been a higher rating because the food was fresh and tasted good but the sad thing is that the customer service brought the rating down. The cashier was cool but when it came to having to go back up to the counter for condiments the service level started to go down. On the same visit I had to go through the drive through for another order and whoever that was running the drive through was short and not the most patient. After reading other reviews I see the customer service at this location is not the best. I hope they can turn it around because they are the most convenient popeyes for me and going to another would just be going out of the way.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE and FOOD!!!!! How can they still be open? We ordered and chicken nugget meal and 2 other meals.We got home and discovered the chicken nuggets were tiny and dried up...the other meals were old, dry and cold. So I wasted more gas and went back to the location to get a refund. The manager Bianca Walked Away and told the other employee to give me my money back. What kind of manager doesnt apologize for crappy food, crappy service and blames it on her employees?!?!?!?!. I will never go here ever again and I will continuously tell everyone of my revolting experience at this location! I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!.

The store was disgusting, there was not one clean table. The trash was over flowing. They forgot part of my order. And the Manager Nick looked like a slob with baggy slacks dragging to the floor. He didnt do a single thing the whole time I was there. I left 15 minutes later and not one table had been cleaned while Nick and the other 2 guys stood around doing nothing. Like a bunch of morons. I know its fast food and you shouldnt expect much. I wouldnt be surprised if this location shuts down like the one on 14th and jupiter. I will not be returning. They dont deserve the one star

Went to the drive thru on a busy day during lunch. I understand it was busy, but as I was ordering, before I even had a chance to order the second item, the drive thru operator said "thank you second window please" and just assumed I was done. I tried getting their attention that I wasnt done, no answer! Completely rude and a terrible business move. I didnt even bother picking up my food because I didnt want to waste their time. The local McDonalds had better service and actually let me finish.

WORST SERVICE - INCOMPLETE ORDER !! Ordered family meal at this 15th Street Location on Sunday Dec 04th, 2016. Order number 492 taken by employee# 8. Came home to find out there were no biscuits and only 14 pieces. I should have checked when the lady who gave me my food wont even smile, opened the window, gave the food and slammed it close. Sad part - businesses like these continue to stay in business without giving damn about customers

I went to this Popeyes yesterday, what a terrible mistake. I ordered a 2 piece leg and a thigh. When I got home I discovered it was flat chicken strips (nothing I had ever seen before). I ate it anyway. An hour later I started vomiting and had terrible diarrhea that lasted for 2 days. If I could give this zero stars, I would.

2/4/2016 Me and my friends went in for lunch at 12:00 and the Woman that took our order: Forgot things, Walked away from the counter without giving our cards back, Ignored me, and generally had a really pissy attitude. Other then that lady, the food was FU*KING AMAZING and it was prepared quickly.

I just went through the drive through and specifically asked for an "un"-sweetened tea! The cashier even repeated my order back reciting unsweetened tea - when I get home my tea is so sweet its enough to make you gag! I tried calling back but the store is closed... I just dont get it

No greeting by staff upon entry. Short wait to order food, when someone did come to take order they couldnt or didnt speak English well. One order was wrong, out of spices, watered down lemonade, coke was empty, no napkins in public area.

Not as good as it should be. Hard to get fresh hot chicken. There is always lots of previously fried chicken just sitting under the heat lamp. No option to wait for fresh fried chicken either. The customer service is lacking as well.

ordered 12 pieces, got only 6, told them the problem...they added 1 piece in there and told me its 12. I was totally speechless. they were either scamming me or they were just total idiots who couldnt do simple math.

The service is horrible here. We were completely shocked when we found out the woman that took our order was the manager. I definitely advise any one to drive the extra distance to go to a different location.
