My wife and I came into this location last night shortly before they closed and had a great experience. We went in and asked if it was still okay to get ice-cream as it was so close to closing and we wanted to respect their time. A young may Arshak ( sp) was very inviting and told us that he would gladly serve us. He was very patient with and and let us try samples and we never felt rushed. He was also funny. Owning my own business I know how important it is to hire quality people and i will say that this is absolutely a great hire for you guys. This kid needs a raise. We will be back for the food ( that was great) but the service was fantastic.

We went to Marble Slab ice cream location in Allen, found out that all the ice cream mixing are free now!! I tried their Rum ice cream with chocolate chips, taste was awesome and my kids have ice cream with many to choose from free mixing. Young man behind the counter provided us very fast and courteous service. I loved the interior of the store is colorful, eye catching and clean. Great to know place where ice cream made in store and all the mixing are free. Highly recommended and we going back there again, chow.

Wanted to treat my son to his first experience with Marble Slab. As we walked in the place, no one was there. You need a bell. We waited for 5 minutes and I even talked loudly and no one came. Our son was upset that we had to leave because I wasnt going to wait any longer. Thank you for a horrible first experience. No wonder your reviews suck!

Was visiting Dallas on business and my cousin took me to this icecream place I had never heard of before. It turned out that they had great ice cream, a lot of variety. Mango was the best. And the best of all, you can combine diff flavors to create your own. Really good place, and excellent service as well. Would strongly recommend it.

Great service and atmosphere, but no child booster seats. My wife and I had to trade off holding our 14mo son while enjoying our ice cream.. (Little man enjoyed the ice cream too, but we wouldve preferred to feed it to him via spoon instead of him being close enough to put his fingers in our bowls!)

Marble Slab Creamery is the best in the state of Texas. They have great service and family friendly staff. The ice cream is perfectly made to taste I had a Ice Cream Cake for my birthday from there and really enjoyed it. I would really recommend this place. Just Awesome!

The new store is decorated so pretty, it is very clean and organized! many mix-ins to choose from and the ice cream is always delicious! Great service as well, workers move fast and efficiently and are always very nice and friendly. 5 Stars 2 Thumbs Up!

Very unfriendly and unprofessional service. Two employees were playing on laptop while what appeared to be a new employee who did not know what he was doing behind the counter. Not the usual friendliness you would expect from a marble slab.

We came at around 9:50 at night when it closes at 10. The man working there rudely told us to leave and that they closed at 9 even though the sign says 10.
